    home cooling plan

    We have already posted a complaint on this website regarding ennercare.Still nothing has been resolved nor have we had a response from this company.It is clear to myself and my husband that this company could care less.We are 3 months into this process and are beyond frustated!The last conversation i had with ennercare they were going to send an email to us.As usual they did'nt!We have been passed around from person to person to person probably talked to a dozen and still nothing is resolved.Considering legal action.

    Horrible Customer Service and Customer Care !

    Dishonest, unprofessional, aggrumentive reps, completely no response from Customer Service or Customer Care! Complaint filed,since December 05th, 2016 I've made several calls for update but no responses. Not willing to honor a price plan given by customer rep...... Waiting on call recording which has been way more then 6 weeks now. DISGUSTING SERVICE! Member since 2012. No loyalty to customer.

    Toilet installation, inspection of existing pipework.

    This was the 2nd time this Enercare plumber took care of a toilet in my house. He retrofitted an old toilet and it works better now than new. The second time, he replaced a toilet that was not flushing with a large tank-capacity toilet and everything is flushing well again. Great work both times.

    Maintenance plan

    I took the furnace maintenance plan - they sent a teck out quicky - and then tAggd my furnace for some venting pipe not up to csa approved ! Furnace is 10 years old ! Like they really need work - so this is their way to getting business!! Don't use them - I have rental homes and I used one with them and hit this mess on my heAd !!! Direct energy has the other Abd no issues -- funny enough they are both installed by the same company - Compass!!! One is tagged and one us not !! Direct energy has no contract !! Enercare has a year contract !' This is totally wrong !!! EnercAre stand up to being fair!!! Totally annoyed at your way of how everyone has handled me!!

    Furnace maintenance

    Making an appointment was very easy and I got the day and time I wanted. The serviceman was polite and friendly. He put covers on his shoes to protect the floors from getting dirty. When he was finished he explained what he checked for and if he found any problems.

    Furnace repair.

    December 10, 2016, ENERCARE send a technician to repair my furnace. their technician could not do the job, but offer me to sell a new furnace. I call another company and they repaired it. costing me a total of $ 734.50. which I am asking them to be reimburse. case # 25754983

    HORRENDOUS CUSTOMER SERVICE

    I paid my bill online 3 days before it was due and my power was still disconnected due to 'processing' time. When I called to restore my power for the clear mistake, I was hit with a FOUR HUNDRED DOLLAR fee to turn my power on, (my bills are typically $65) The woman I was dealing with held an aggressive and demeaning tone with me for the duration of the call and upon asking for a supervisor or manager politely, she claimed that the supervisor had piles of work to do and reconnecting to a superior would could take 25-48 hours! ALL WITHOUT POWER. Basically holding me for ransom with. I power to cook, study or stay warm until I paid a $400 c charge (My whole months rent) I am ashamed of your company and if I had options I definitely wouldn't be choosing you!

    Installation of Tankless Water Heater - great experience

    The Enercare installers were very professional from the moment they stepped into my house. I had a hot water tank rental unit which leaked. I called Enercare and the earliest they could send someone was the following day. The technician came at the time he was scheduled to come, assessed the situation and provided an estimate for a tankless hot water heater. The following day, 2 technicians came to install the unit and the work was done during the day. They were very professional, kept me uptodate with the status of the installation, was very respectful of our house by taking off their boots and walking outside when they could to avoid making a mess with their footprints ... the work was done when it was snowing a lot. Overall, I am very happy and satisfied with the work they did. I would highly recommend them to family and friends.

    Heating Plan

    DO NOT SIGN UP for the ENERCARE protection plans. As stated from a previous persons comments. I cancelled the heating plan and now have to pay out the remaining 8 months of the contract. I understand it is a 1yr contract, but NOWHERE do they tell you of the penalty to cancel.

    Furnace Maintenance

    A reasonable service. Customer service reps and technicians are professional, courteous and capable. One area of improvement: Cost of the service should be brought down. Will recommend to friends and family.
