    Water heater repair

    I put in a call for my 95 year old aunt as the hot water tank was leaking and basement was flooded. The service technician came same day within 1st hour of the alotted 4 hour time frame. Service was above and beyond expectations as the technician helped me clean up the floors in my aunts basement and unclog her floor drain. Arrangements for a replacement rental water tank was made within 2 days (although 1 day would have been preferred) . Very courteous and helpful overall.

    Furnace cleaning

    The technician that came was knowledgeable and showed me everything in the furnace and how it works. He explained what he would be doing and also indicated that there was a problem with a pipe on our water tank. Instead of giving us a red ticket, he fixed it for a minimal fee. He was quick and efficient!

    toilet repair

    We pay for home service though Embridge. The service man was great. Got the toilet fixed fast and officiant. After three days of no contact back to receive service . Then finely got a young man it was great also.

    Yearly maintenance on furnace

    Great work and both Siva and James were excellent employees. Both have great customer service skills, they kept us well informed on the work at hand and a pleasure to do business with them. Keep up the good work, impressed

    Water Heater Replacement

    Khalid Alizai did an excellent job in replacing my 20 years old water heater with friendly service and explanation of all necessary changes of new white PVC pipes and stainless steel gas line (safety concern - regulation) Setup of vents and gas line in good clean layout (the existing one was a mess from original contractor)

    Furnace and air conditioner replacement

    Enercare is a excellent company to deal with from the sales rep to the techs and service department. You can see they take pride in their work. Thank you and keep up with the great service.

    Hot water tank replacement

    We have had a few appointments with Enercare in the last few weeks for service and replacement of A/C and the hot water tank. They have all, techs and customer service, been knowledgeable, helpful and pleasant.

    Furnace Maintenance Check

    Paul Antoniak did the maintenance check on our furnace today. He came on time as per set appointment. He was courteous, friendly, and helpful. He did an excellent job. We are pleased that he was the one who did the service. Very satisfied with his work. Thanks, Marciano Quiambao Oakville

    Moving

    I had been with them for 9 years and when i had to move out they charged me for the rest of the term. although all other utility and service companies understood that i had to cancel any terms for moving to another city. Customer service not helpful, manager said it is the terms ( i.e hit your head to the wall , you will pay them) thanks for the good service
