We have had no problems with Enercare. Last year, when we had a mini flood, they came promptly . . . . . . . otherwise no issues. . .

Your technician recognized a severe problem and took the time to explain it to me. My wife and I talked over our options and decided we would replace the 20 yr old furnace. Your technician, Jim Mccomber put us in touch right away with Chris Poirier who explained our furnace options. Both men were very professional and helpful. The men, Matt and Cory, who installed the furnace were friendly and took the time to explain aspects to me concerning the installation and explained what I needed to know to maintain the furnace in prime working order. We are very pleased from start to finish with this company.

The entire process from consultation to installation went very smoothly. the consultant (Aaron Lowes) explained everything in detail, answered all my questions and was very professional. The install team arrived at the agreed time, installed the furnace and a/c in a timely and professional manner and cleaned everything up. A very good experience.

The service technician called me about 20mins before he arrived. He was pleasant and courteous. When he was done he took the time to talk to me about the health of my furnace, some of the regular maintenance I should be doing and answered my questions about the longevity of my furnace.

this survey is for the booking confirmation. The technician called before coming over. He immediately identified the root cause and made all necessary arrangement for the sales to come over on the next day to discuss options for fixing the problem.

The sales person was terrific, explained everything to our complete satisfaction . The installer was great too, perfect job, cleaned up all his mess, the unit works as good as we're told it would. Very happy with the complete experience.

I was amazed as to how quick we got our water heater, the service was good, the fellows worked quick, and made no mess of any kind, I think the red carpet that was used to protect our floors,,was a nice touch !!!! Thank you,

I have Enercare (formerly Direct Energy) Furnace Maintenance program for the last 3 years on my 18 year old unit. I missed my last maintenance appointment as the technician arrived 40 minutes ahead. Since they need someone 18 or older to let him in, my son was of no help. The technician told me to reschedule it as he can't come at a later time on the same day. I was very disappointed and cancelled the contract altogether. I had another company to look at some heating issue this week and they told me its sensor related. No wonder the last few years my wife has been complaining about not enough heat in the house. It makes me wonder what the annual maintenance does and why it didn't find the problem.

Installation team arrived on time and completed furnace and A/C installation a lot faster than I expected them to. Very meticulous and left premises as clean as upon arrival. They provided detailed instructions for Nest thermostat as well as initial set-up.
