    Duct Cleaning

    Workers are very professional and efficient. I have recommended the furnace man and the duct cleaning man to my neighbours. The duct cleaner will call them tonight to make the appointment.

    Serviceman was polite and friendly. He reviewed the results with me, asked if I had any questions for him and also made recommendations for area around air conditioning unit. .

    Water heater Installation

    The process to set my place up for a water tank took time (I needed to change my breakers), but the team that performed the services were fantastic ! !

    Serviceman arrived ahead of time, took time to explain how various things worked, humidifier, filters etc. Changed the damper to allow the air to flow to humidifier . . .

    Easy to schedule a maintenance. The operator was ahead of schedule and phoned to offer the earlier appointment. The operator was pleasant and answered any questions. . . . .

    Home Care Protection Plan

    Tonight for the 2nd time I tried to cancel Hot Water rental and Home Protection Plan purchased back in October 2005. 1st time on hold forever and then connection dropped. Second time two hours to get a callback and then continually on hold as they build a "case" for each request. I had to wait 15 years to get out of the tank rental without penalty and still have to pay $75 to have the it picked up or drop it off myself (I'm 56 year old woman with a Toyota Corolla!!) As for the HPP, what they don't tell you is that every time they call with a promotion etc., it changes the anniversary date of your plan. So I have been told that my anniversary date is now actually July, and I will have to continue to pay $23.99 per month for another 9 months. Buyer be very aware!!

    Hot water tank

    We rent a Polaris 34 condensing water heater which according to the manufacturer's GSW literature promotes as being whisper quiet. This tank is far from being wisher quiet and according to the Enercare tech who came to our condo said that this type of tank never should of been installed in this application. I have been trying to have this tank replaced since August 23 and after numerous promises of call back, the issue still remains unresolved.

    Rental Water Heater (48 hrs and still not resolved)

    On Saturday, Oct 3 my hot water stopped flowing. I placed a call at 11:00am to Enercare and I was placed in a queue for a call back. I got a call back after 4:30pm. I was then told a service technician was not available until 10-2pm the following day. On Oct 4, the technician came at approx 11am, spent 15 min at my house and said he did not have the parts and another appointment will be booked by the office. It is now Oct 5 almost 10am and I don't have a clue what is happening. No one has called me so I placed a call again and I'm in a queue once again waiting for a call back.

    New Furnace/AC with additional gas line for barbecue

    From Salesman Chris, to the installers Steve and Dan everything was completed very professionally and accurately as stated. I strongly feel the above mentioned people went above there expertise and performed a well executed and professional job. Thank you again.

    furance repair

    very professional and friendly.Also respectful because He did not look down His Nose at us, as we don't have a nice place.Some do when they come by.
