Not once but twice I took time off work to be at home for a four hour appointment - and not once but twice no one showed up. The first time the driver said he had problems with his truck, and the second time, apparently the appointment was not scheduled properly by the booking agent. could not be more disappointed with this service (lack of service).

Appointment tele call before arriving. On time pleasant and courteous. Wore covers over his footwear before entering home. He explained the work done. . . . . . . . There was no charge as this work was carried out under my annual maintenance plan.

All the representatives from Enercare were very Professional, certainly knew their product, were people friendly, and showed a great respect for their company. I dealt with the tech who came to do the yearly check, and actually talked to me about a new energy efficient furnace, and arranged an appointment to talk to Cathy on Sunday. Cathy is a super nice person, very helpful, very confident in her knowledge of the product. The two installers were great, I asked questions, and they answered them all.very friendly, good sense of humour, a skunk was around the house, so that was a laugh, and they certainly knew their craft. They totally cleaned up, probably cleaner than when they started. They work together very well. all in all a good experience all around. Thank you

Your staff is very helpful when arranging an appointment. When I mistakenly misread and misunderstood the time of day and expected the technician am. Instead of the arranged pm time frame my frustration got the better of me and I became somewhat obnoxious in my attitude.. Both the technician as well as the operator on the phone were very forgiving. Not only that they arranged for an alternate appointment which was significantly more convenient. The technician arrived on time and did his job skillfully and very knowledgeable. I feel in good hands with you.

Service was very prompt and efficient; from initial point of contact via telephone to the service provided by the technician. He came right on time, called ahead as well and explained everything in layman's terms to me, a first time home buyer. I really appreciate the tech's patience and assistance.

The plumbing problem was very quickly solved. The contract workers arrived very quickly, as timing was important in this situation. Worker had all his equipment on hand, saw the problem, replaced the broken pipe, etc. and all was functioning perfectly within a reasonable amount of time.

Your serviceman was awesome. Best service guy I have had come here in any capacity. friendly, knowledgeable, easy to understand even with the accent -top notch guy. Keep him. don't let him get away.

Your technician Alex is a great asset to your company. His knowledge and work ethics are remarkable. I will ask for Alex when it comes to servicing my other properties.

Staff was efficient and pleasant. . He walked us through the results and explained that a report would be sent to us via email . . . . . .

Both the installers were very knowledgeable and personable, and they ensured that nothing was damaged or dirtied. That, sometimes, is not easy to do in tight spaces. I also loved the fact they put down a red carpet (literally!) over the area where they had to walk over our carpet.
