My mother has been a customer with this company for many years but for some reason they are never able to provide adequate services when needed. Most recently, my mother was having issues with the furnace (no heat). First, they said parts would be delivered, when my mom told them she did not receive any parts, they then said a technician would be bringing the parts. The company no showed today, when my mom called customer support the rep refused to speak or respond to anything my mother was saying to him, he hung up the phone on her! We wonder if this is happening because my mother is a senior with an accent, we certainly hope not. My mothers house has been without heat for 4 days, no solution from Enercare, and very poor customer service. I would not recommend, Ive advised my mother to cancel them.
