Rented a furnace and BKR THERMOSTAT. The thermostat malfunctioned after three days, got it programed after many calls for help. Still can't download the app on my phone. . Enercare said they didn't install my heat pump. They forward me to Enbridge who supply gas not installation . Spent five hours on the phone yesterday with know satisfaction. They tell me they don't own the thermostat, There going to replace it with a standard stat. Two months of stress . Not worth the trouble .

I had a great experience with the technician Saaed from [enercare ]. he was very professional and knowledgeable about my boiler system. He diagnosed the issue quickly and explained everything clearly and was very paitent with all my questions. . Saaed worked efficiently and went above and beyond 10o ensure my satisfaction. He was friendly, answered all my questions, and provided helpful maintenance tips. I highly recommend his services in enercare.

I put a plumbing call in as part of my protection plan with Enercare to fix a leak in my upstairs bathroom faucet. It was one of my greatest service experiences with Enercare and I have been with them for probably ~20 yrs. The appt was last Weds Sep 27th and the plumber's id is YDIEFFEN. ALSO, I would like to recognize Constantina who provided phenominal customer service and took care of my issues proactively / promptly that I had with my Enercare Home Services plan. In due part to her, I decided to extend the Home Services Plan. Thanks Constantina for all your help and hope others at Enercare can provide as great service as you did.

Had hot water tank, wanted it replaced. Enercare would only do it if I signed 15 year contract. Bought my own tank and called enercare asking them to pick up the old tank. They told me they didn't do that, so I got rid of the old tank. Now they are charging me over $500 and still charging me for the rental. Have called them so many times and the bills keep coming.
