Enercare offered me the best deal on my air conditioner purchase. The sales person was reliable and very professional, and the installation of it went off without a hitch. The air conditioner is quieter than my old one and is working well.

The service call was timely, efficient and very helpful. Useful tips were provided for the maintenance activities that we can do ourselves and / or we can improve on. Included in our annual maintenance plan.

We found that the service technician was not only helpful but he also came when he said that he would and he was very friendly as well. Thank you. .

Mike was the technician who came this time and based on what he did, it appears that we have not been receiving what we paid for in the past. When he first entered our furnace area, he just looked around and noticed there was a crack in our water heater exhaust. He stated that we would look after that later. This time, I saw parts of our equipment that I had never seen before and at one time he even had the blower assembly out and cleaned every blade. It was amazing what mike took time to do which included the removal of several parts and thoroughly cleaned them. After everything was back in place, he then took time to test the unit to ensure us it was working at top performance. He then did the same marvelous job with our fireplace and made sure it was also in great working order before going forward. The next thing was our air conditioner and again, I saw parts I had never seen before. He even opened the electrical compartment and showed me the mouse that had died in there. There is no way of telling how long the mouse had been in there as that is the first time that area was ever checked.

Very polite and informative. My daughter and family live downstairs animals were no problem to the guys her st.bernard can be overly friendly we kept him garage they had no problem with him having to go in and out.

Having a less than a year old Carrier a/c leaking refrigerant gas was hardly thrilling. However, your technician(s), primarily Kevin, were superb - knowledgeable, reassuring, competent and pleasant. The phone staff was also very helpful.10 out of 10!

The two fellows who came were excellent (came on a Sunday and got the job done in about an hr)...good guys, courteous and explained things and answered my questions. Thanks!

The gentleman called 30 minutes prior to showing up at my home. This gave me enough time to drive from my office to the house, and he was very pleasant.
