The couple of times I have called for service both were completed well within schedule. Also your service technicians were pleasant and took the time to explain what the problem was with my water heater.

The gentleman arrived early.......prior to the time slot we were given, which was just fine with us. He was efficient, methodical & gave us a detailed description of what he had done. He said there wasn't much work to do because we had kept the furnace quite clean.

I am comfortable with my contract arrangement with Enercare, which gives me better peace of mind than when I was dealing with small maintenance contractors, and I couldn't find them when I needed them. So I would recommend you to others.

The reason for my score is that your representative was very professional. He is very knowledgeable and he explained everything as he goes through the process so that we can understand.

Called Enercare because we assumed they would help us to the best of our ability with our air conditioner problems. Phone customer care was helpful, but when the technician came out, he took a quick look at our system, without diagnosing anything - and basically told us that he couldn't service it and that he would now charge us $99 + tax for basically doing nothing. We would now have to pay extra fees and work to get a crew out to do the work. Was on the phone with a supervisor after, and she proved very unhelpful and not at all caring about the situation. Do not use them under any circumstances. You are better calling your neighbourhood HVAC specialist to help you out any day.

They came promptly within 45 minutes of my call. It was an emergency situation and they responded as such. Courteous Polite and Prompt - I have been paying for this service for 6 months only and it has paid for itself. Worthwhile especially as a single person who knows nothing about home ownership.

It was easy to get a "live" person on the phone to talk to and explain my problem. (not hit 1 hit 2 like most companies these days). The person I spoke with had a positive attitude and was very helpful and gave me confidence that my problem was going to be resolved. Your service rep came the same day and fixed my fireplace. he was very polite, fixed the problem, and answered all my questions. You cannot ask for more.
