    HVAC Service

    The technician that cane over was very pleasant & knowledgeable. Pleasure to deal with. Booking on phone was quite easy & fast this time. An improvement from previous times. As usually it took very long time on phone to just book proper appointment (min 30-40 mins!).

    Plumbing Service

    This was the best maintenance experience for me. The plumber was professional and clean, he did a great job and replaced all the damaged components, and best of all, it was all covered under my plan so it didn't cost me a penny. Thanks!!

    Water Heater Service

    Fast response, problem solved cleanly and efficiently, courteously. Phone attendant worked to expedite the issue, even though I called on a Sunday afternoon, by 10 am Monday morning issue was done!

    Maintenance service

    Testimonal re service technican: Technician arrived promptly, was courteous, obviously technically proficient and fully explained the sign off chart. I highly recommend Direct Energy for your maintenance and service needs.

    Beware!

    My furnace broke and I called Direct Energy to fix it. A service person came and fixed it, he also convinced me to sign up for the protection plan. Not 2 weeks later, another service person came to the door for a "complimentary inspection" as part of the plan. After spending an hour in the furnace room, he told me the furnace was unsafe and disconnected it from the gas supply and left. This was on a bitter cold Friday afternoon in February, with a baby in the house. So after being charged for the first repair, now I am told the furnace is unsafe and faced with another repair. Conveniently, a sales person contacted me and suggested a new furnace. Needless to say I took my business elsewhere. On a positive side, they did cancel my protection plan after dozens of phone calls to customer care.

    easy service arrangements made on line. pre-call by technician to confirm arrival. arrival within established window of time. courteous and professional technician - inspired confidence.(also, respect for owner's property - wore booties). appropriate explanations of work done given by technician.

    The service technician was friendly, informative and took his time to explain everything to me. Even as to what filter I should be using instead of what I have. .
