    Maintenance service

    The individuals that attend our home each season for our maintenance plans are always professional, clean and know what they are talking about. They make the appointment and interaction very easy.

    Furnace/AC Installation

    We are pleased with the service. The rep who came to our home was very pleasant and helpful. He did not push us to make a decision and was very interested in what we had to say and replied to our questions in a prompt and knowledegable manner. The Installers were very prompt and did a wonderful job of respecting out home making every effort to clean up as they progressed with the installation. I would hope every customer has the experience that we did. It's too early to know how the equipment works but the service was exceptional. Overall we had a great experience. Thank you

    Service

    I made a telephone inquiry about their furnace protection plan in March 2015. The customer service representative I spoke to on the telephone set up an appointment with me for someone from Direct Energy to come to my home and go over the plan with me and to check to see if my furnace qualified. I was home for the set appointment time and nobody showed up. I decided not to call and inquire about the missed appointment and also decided to go a different route rather than a protection plan. Two months later I receive a bill for a protection plan that I did not agree to or sign any paper work for. I called Direct Energy and spoke to a "contract specialist" who was unapologetic and said they had to review the original recorded telephone call to see if I had agreed to the protection plan. Needless to say I was pretty upset. I am currently waiting for a follow up call from the company to see where I stand. I don't understand how I could be billed for a service I did not officially sign off on. I have no paperwork, no contract, nothing. Be very wary about this company.

    New Furnace and humidifier

    The sales person was knowledgeable, reliable and helpful The gas technician, was ready to explain and help. The installation was done in a record time, clean and guys were respectful. I had a very good experience.

    Furnace Installation

    Professional and courteous staff who took the time to fully explain what we had to do to operate our system in a manner that would ensure a long life for our equipment. Our installation was complicated. We were consulted and the final install was aesthetically pleasing. This was so much the case that we took the time to send our comments in to customercomments @directenergy.com. I also stated that l hoped that our comments got back to our installation team to show some appreciation for their expertise and willingness to get it right.

    Furnace Service

    Over the past several years, I've always had a professional and timely response to any concerns about my furnace. Your installation of my current furnace in 2004 was very well handled. Yesterday's visit by the inspection/cleaning technician was carried out very professionally. He was thoughtful, efficient, and answered all my questions. He gave me advice on the most appropriate furnace filter, and was informative, thorough and courteous throughout. I was impressed.

    Water Heater Service

    Called very late in the evening and was only on hold for a relatively short period of time before was able to speak with an agent. Was able to get an appointment for the very next morning on a Sunday. Tech showed up within the first 90 minutes of the appointment window, explained what was wrong and was able to solve the issue in about 30 mins. As a rental unit, all fees were covered, but I was provided a breakdown of what the cost would have been had I otherwise owned it.

    Water Heater Service

    You were very helpful via telephone, they apologized for the problems and got all my information down. When the technician came, he was very helpful and explained exactly what the problem was and how to proceed.
