I am renting water heater and HVAC system. This company provides choices of different brands and prices for equipment. Customer Service is good. Technical support is prompt and reliable. The cost is expensive though.

Mirza came out and provided me with excellent service. He was informative and able to offer the best products for me.

Both Technicians were GREAT!! Very easy to talk to, very polite and respectful! Both Tim Rac and Jordan Martens took the time to explain to me how the water heater works and answered all of my questions.

Great warranty service. It's always easy to book a service appointment and get a technician out fast, even for minor maintenance issues.

We needed to replace our 16 year old 75 gallon hot water tank that we rent. I checked around and renting made more sense because one contractor said it would take 4 to 5 hours to do the work. The Enercare team did it in 1 1/2 hours.

Shane and Nolan are the best installation team I have ever met. The company is top notch in their product suggestions and delivery .

I contacted enercarec to quote on a joib to do some minor rewiring on a ceiling fixture and wall switch. They charged $65.00 to come out, took over an hour to look at it, and quoted me $3,000 -$4,000 dollars AND said I would have to provide scaffolding for them on top of their fee. I contacted another electrician through homestars, who came out and did the work in about 3 hours for less than $300. I'm pretty sure Enercares primary revenue stream is charging people for site visits, and hoping they bite on ludicris price quotes.

Job well done. Paid nothing on the services. Technician is courteous and knowledgeable of what he is doing. Highly recommend Enercare for maintenance service.

Service and maintenance plans are a good value and give you piece of mind that you are protected if something goes wrong.
