    installation of Hybrid Heat Pump/Gas Furnace

    Daryl and Gifford are a great team. They arrived on time notifying me of their imminent arrival. They worked diligently over the time they were here, were creative in dealing with some challenges found in this old house providing solutions that were acceptable to me. They did an excellent job of leaving the site clean. They were respectful of me and my home. The whole experience was considerably less stressful and the results of the required extra ducts installation better than expected. My thanks to them both.

    Fixed running flappers on toilets

    Massimo came on time. Quickly assessed the problem and promptly fixed them. He went the extra distance to ensure that they worked and discovered another minor issues which he dealt with. Hes was very knowledgeable, friendly and professional.

    Water Heater Replacement

    Our water heater stopped working, I called Enercare and they had a very helpful Amandeep come and explain the problem that same day, he provided me with choices, I chose to replace and they were able to come and replace it on my preferred day. Extremely happy with the service I was provided with. The new water heater is wonderful. I rent the water heater so there wasn't any additional cost.

    Buyer beware

    I purchase a service which was never satisfactory. The first and only time they came to my house to service the equipment, they had no idea what they had to do and asked me to climb a ladder, remove and clean the filter and give it to them. I thought that is why I was hiring them I was never before asked to do anything like that I am in my seventies, suffering from arthritis and osteoarthritis. I refused. That was 2 years ago and I continued paying as I could not cancel my contract until renewable date in January. I did call in November, December and January telling them not to renew my contract. Even though I was paying all that time for the service! I asked to be reimburse and I am still awaiting. So I called them in July and asked for payment. They will they saidI am still waiting as they have pre-authorized power over my bank account. And the bank wont cancel that until the company doesI am now asking them to give me the 1.8 p. Cent per month on the money they owe me as they do to their client who dont pay I am still waiting. Lesson Lerner Dont give anyone the pre/ authorization to take money from your bank accountand ask a company how to cancel your service, should you be unhappy before you sign up. I think this is the most horrible company I have ever dealt with!

    Highly recommend their reliable and professional services

    We recently had a routine water heater inspection. From start to finish the experience was very good. Jason the technician was professional and friendly and happy to answer any questions I had.

    Scheduling a maintenance AC and Furnace check

    During the call to schedule a regular AC and Furnace check, several problems were obvious: * the receptionist/scheduler spoke English with a heavy accent that was, at times, difficult to understand *during our attempt to get a mutually agreeable date, and then have the receptionist/schedule enter it into the data bank, the dates came and went and were not what we had originally agreed upon. Finally the date that WAS entered into the data bank was NOT the agreed upon date or time. This problem needs to be fixed. It is irritating and amateurish to have a company operate this way.

    Air conditioner

    Service agent arrived at the scheduled time. Explained the procedure before hand and while doing the inspection. He found the malfunction, stated its purpose and quoted a replacement cost. No surprises! No mess after the job was completed. Only regret is that I forgot the young man's. He is a valuable asset to your company.
