I purchase a service which was never satisfactory. The first and only time they came to my house to service the equipment, they had no idea what they had to do and asked me to climb a ladder, remove and clean the filter and give it to them. I thought that is why I was hiring them I was never before asked to do anything like that I am in my seventies, suffering from arthritis and osteoarthritis. I refused. That was 2 years ago and I continued paying as I could not cancel my contract until renewable date in January. I did call in November, December and January telling them not to renew my contract. Even though I was paying all that time for the service! I asked to be reimburse and I am still awaiting. So I called them in July and asked for payment. They will they saidI am still waiting as they have pre-authorized power over my bank account. And the bank wont cancel that until the company doesI am now asking them to give me the 1.8 p. Cent per month on the money they owe me as they do to their client who dont pay I am still waiting. Lesson Lerner Dont give anyone the pre/ authorization to take money from your bank accountand ask a company how to cancel your service, should you be unhappy before you sign up. I think this is the most horrible company I have ever dealt with!
