The service is good and the service technicians show up when they say they will. They sometimes even call ahead and are able to come earlier, which is great. .

You guys are the best. My furnace went out after a brownout last week and you were here within the hour. I know that can't happen all the time, but whenever I need service, I know i can count on you.

Simon called and said that he would arrive in about 20 minutes to install my new "conventional" hot water heater. I asked him to explain "conventional" to me and came to the realization that I really wanted my replacement to vent out the wall. He said "no problem" and still arrived about the same time with the new new tank. He was joined by Isl and by Vinny who remembered that he was one of the guys that installed our new furnace and air conditioner in 2008. These guys were all pleasant, worked great as a team, were very careful not to leave any kind of a mess, and fast. Best of all, thanks to Simons help before arriving, I now have a much more usable furnace room because there is no longer a huge run of galvanized ductwork running across the room at face height.

Arrived well within the timeline. Performed the work efficiently and left the work area clean and tidy. Proffered good advice that will be of value to us. We're courteous throughout their visits.
