    Furnace Service

    Two technicians arrived, the first one: Scott (I believe this to be his name) quickly assessed the problem and had the parts delivered later that same day. He also scheduled the second visit for the installation of the part for the following day. Victor arrived first thing the next day - he was familiar with the furnace since it had had a manufacturer defect when first installed and required rebuilding, which he did. Victor was very professional and meticulous in his work.

    Furnace Service

    Easy to book and change appointment. although I would have liked to change appointment date and time online. Technician who came was very pleasant and even came earlier so I didn't have to wait for 4 hours!

    Furnace Service

    I had to have two service calls for furnace and both calls were handled very well, fixed both problems. Both gentlemen were courteous and very careful of my house. Thanks

    Furnace Service

    The Direct Energy serviceman was polite, did the job very quickly, environment was clean and he explained it all to me. He also gave suggestions re changing furnace filters etc.

    Leaking water heater

    On March 19, 2015 Direct Energy scheduled an appointment to replace my leaking water heater. Two technicians showed up accompanied by a woman. The woman explained that she was an inspector to audit the work of the technicians. After 10 minutes in my basement the inspector left the house without a single word. One of the technicians told me that my furnace was tagged and if I don’t fix the problem in 45 days my house will be disconnected from gas. The inspector, as I said, left without explaining why and the technician said he does not have time explain the reason in details. He did, however, offer to take care of the problem privately. My house was built in 2007 and, like any new constructions, was approved by the city and Enbridge. After two calls to Direct Energy I still don’t clearly understand why my furnace was tagged and what I need to do. And, by the way, the water heater is still leaking.

    Lennox Diplomat Furnace

    My furnace quit and I needed help because I am a new owner of this house and didn't have a clue about service. I phoned the people that serviced it before the sale and could not get a hold of them. I also saw your number on the furnace sticker and tried your company they answered and were very willing to help me. A technician was sent out and evaluated my situation gave me a price since I choose not to take out a service contact because at this point I did not know if the other company had a service contact with this furnace. I found out they did not but choose not to use them because I had no emergency number and your technician had to clean up some of the shotty work that was done before. I than choose to order the part thru your company and have it serviced by your company. The technician was very nice and I believe new his work well.

    Furnace Installation

    The service by the technicians was outstanding. They were very courteous and explained everything as well did an outstanding job cleaning up. Salesman was excellent too. Received my call after 10pm to talk about quote.

    Hot water tank replacement

    Simon called and said that he would arrive in about 20 minutes to install my new "conventional" hot water heater. I asked him to explain "conventional" to me and came to the realization that I really wanted my replacement to vent out the wall. He said "no problem" and still arrived about the same time with the new new tank. He was joined by Isl and by Vinny who remembered that he was one of the guys that installed our new furnace and air conditioner in 2008. These guys were all pleasant, worked great as a team, were very careful not to leave any kind of a mess, and FAST. Best of all, thanks to Simon's help before arriving, I now have a much more usable furnace room because there is no longer a seven foot span of galvanized ductwork running across the room at face height.

    The service person who came was on time, called to warn me he was about 5 minutes away and completed the service and answered any of my questions. Thanks again.

    Water Heater Service

    Called in for a house call and 1h 1/2 later I had someone at my door. They were quick and efficient in fixing the issue and explained what they were doing thoroughly and answered my questions with good detail.
