    Protection Plan Sales

    Polite well-mannered young lady that new what she was talking about, was able to up grade me to more than what I was after at a better cost for me......I was well impressed Our heating gave up on us, it was minus 25, and direct energy were still there strate away, even with all that snow...

    Furnace Service

    Richard the tech rep took the time to explain the situation and how to resolve the issue. He was by far the best tech I have ever had come to my house.

    Furnace install

    Absolute worst service ever. After waiting 4 weeks from original install date it was not installed the way I was told it would be. Two months later still waiting for them to come back. Had an apt at one point from 8am-12pm and patiently waited. When he didn't show I called the office and after 30 min 2 call transfers I was told he took the day off! If you need to call for any reason block a couple of hours in your calendar. You will need it!

    New Rental Water Heater

    Service was great from the knowledgeable person on the phone through the installation. Installers we on time, had everything ready to go, installed fast and took away the old water heater. No fuss, no mess, very skilled, very efficient and very nice. Installers explained exactly what they would do before installing. I can't say enough good about how the installation went. Thanks to Direct Energy, the staff and especially the installers.

    Direct Energy

    The Service person called in advance of their arrival and arrived on time. They were friendly, kind, knowledgeable and helpful. I have consistently had positive experiences with with Direct Energy Plumbing repair people.

    Furnace not working

    The whole experience was great. Booking an appointment was easy and fast. Service personnel was on time and he even called before he showed up. He fixed the problem immediately and did a quick survey to get a picture of our furnace. He made some recommendations and answered all of our questions. The repair was covered by our furnace protection plan. We were very happy.

    Furnace Service

    Your company is reliable. The people that answer the phone are very nice and willing to go the extra mile to help. Then when the person came to fix our problem, was polite, explained the fact that a part needed to be replaced and that was going to take a couple of days to get it. A couple of days later we received a phone call advising that the part had been received and asked when it was convenient for us so the technician could come and do his job. All very professional.

    Technician was very willing to answer many questions about functioning of furnace, humidifier ( cleaning ) etc. He had a very pleasant demeanor and looked pretty happy with his job. Thanks

    Furnace, Water Heater and AC installation

    The Customer Service Rep who came and reviewed my old heating setup was a great help in assisting me in deciding what work needed to be done. Everything was explained clearly and he provided several options for me to consider. The service technicians were professional, fast, and went out of their way to install the new equipment with as little disruption to my day and my house as possible.
