    The person I had was amazing if she didn't know the answer to my question she put me on hold and came back with the correct response and didn't keep me on hold for a long time. I was very happy with her.

    Furnace Service

    My overall service starting from the call to customer service to book an appointment to Siyad (sorry if I misspelled his name) was great. The Tech. was super nice and really took time out to explain everything I needed to know..example when, how and why I need to replace and wash the filter.

    Furnace Service

    During the annual maintenance check-up I thought there was a slight-problem with one of the parts (and it turned out to be correct) The technician explained how it works, fixed the problem to my satisfaction, and we spoke about different aspects of the furnace and how it can be more efficient (so now when we pursue purchasing a new unit, which is the plan in the next year or two, we're much more aware of what to look for) So it was an informative visit as well.

    Four hour appointments suck big time You can do much better can't you? If not you need a new process manager or someone in charge who knows client service !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    Really Layne, you're giving us a zero for our appointment window? How was the service? Did we meet your expectations on any other measures? This seems harsh, no? Although we have a four hour window we do call ahead and we really don't know what could come up in a call at a customer's home so we don't want to set false expectations. Your zero hurts Layne, hope the service we provided was better than a zero.

    Water Heater Install

    Great experience from the initial phone call, to the completion of the work. customer service was excellent, The repair person very knowledgeable and polite. The installers were great! thank you. Keep up the great work.

    Hot Water Tank

    A technician came out same day to check water heater, two days later it was installed. both technicians were very friendly and informative. Clearly explained how to adjust the controls if need be. very neat installation. Left the area spotless. Made sure the flue had a liner to meet code. Thanks very much!

    The Direct Energy service technician was very good. He even went above and beyond the call of duty by reminding me to shut off my outdoor water valve. Thanks! ! ! !

    Water Heater Installation

    The staff member who answered my initial call was very pleasant. I had all the facts concerning the new water heater. The installation crew was punctual and efficient. Thank you!
