    Furnace Service

    Gie L. was my HVAC Technician from Direct Energy. I trust his work and his opinion. I feel very comfortable when he does my furnace repairs. Thank you Harold.. .

    Yearly Preventative Maintenance

    Called and booked a service visit. About 2 hours later the service technician was at my door. He provided me with great advice and answered all my questions without being pushy.

    Furnace Service

    Our service technician Charles, called to let me know when he would arrive, which I appreciate. He arrived right on time at the beginning of the 4hr window and was very respectful and polite. He removed his footwear and put on indoor shoes (even though I had put down drop sheets). He went straight to work and didn't mind that I observed what he was doing. Although he didn't spend time with idle chatter, he answered all my questions to my satisfaction. After a thorough checking of everything, he cleaned the furnace and gave it a clean bill of health. Considering last year's freezing temperatures we feel confident that we will be warm for another winter and thank you very much for taking good care of us.

    Furnace Service

    Recently we had to have our hot water tank replaced October/14. We called the evening at 10:30 and got an appointment for the next morning and had the new tank installed the same day. the 2 men who installed it was very efficient and polite. the staff who answered the call and the person who first came to check it out were also polite. thanks.

    Furnace Service

    Service Tech name Paras was just excellent doing our furnace and fireplace maintenance. He is anew asset for your company. He makes the customer feel like you are valued. He goes beyond just doing a job and adds value to your company.

    Furnace Service

    It was quick to get an appointment. I appreciated that the service person called to say he was on his way and on-time. Polite and clean service person. Direct Energy called to remind us that it was a service we were paying for, that I was unaware of, so I arranged an appointment. It was an easy process which brings peace of mind.

    Water Heater Service

    I have also provided feedback through your customer service response form. Based on this service I will definitely consider Direct Energy for my furnace servicing. I will contact you. Also the agents at the 1-800 number are always very courteous.

    Central Air Install

    I was not on site when the crew did the job but my brother was and he said they were excellent. Everything from the Sales Rep to the installers, has been a very positive experience.

    Repair Samsung Dryer

    We called Direct Energy on November 12, to repair a Dryer under our home service coverage, for which we have paid monthly premiums for over 10 years. We were told that we would receive a call to arrange an appointment within 24 hours fromTrans Global Services, Direct Energy's appliance repair contractor. The call from Trans Global Services was not received, so we contacted Direct Energy once again. The Direct Energy agent contacted, Trans Global Services and could only arrange for a service call on November 24. When I indicated my dissatisfaction with this unreasonable wait, I was told that this was the earliest that Trans Global could make the service call. I had called Direct Energy on three subsequent occations in order to escalate this issue but did not receive a response. I was able to to find an appliance repair service on Homestars and have our dryer repaired in 1 day, at my own expense.
