    Furnace Maintenance/Heating Protection Plan

    The customer service representative was well informed and courteous. The technician was prompt, on -time, thorough and cleaned up after service / maintenance of furnace. This interaction exceeded my expectation.

    Water Heater Service

    The technician was very polite, he was caring about our little French Bull dog and he also contacted a plumber to get the problem corrected for us. Thank you! !

    Furnace Service

    The service technician who came to service our as part of our prepaid furnace plan, was very, very, helpful and he also took the time to put the humidifier filter in furnace for us. Thank you!

    Water Heater Service

    We specifically wanted to say that our technician (Richard I believe) was great! He called when he had trouble finding the house due to recent street changes, and was courteous, apologetic and very punctual. When he first diagnosed the problem and realized he didn't have a necessary part we thought we wouldn't be able to have the problem addressed until the next morning, and he was very quick to say that he would absolutely be back as he didn't want us without hot water and nor did Direct Energy. You have a great company representative in this technician!

    The Direct Energy technician that came was very polite and he was efficient. He told me that my furnace was fine and that I would have a warm winter. !

    Furnace and air conditioning

    The entire experience from speaking to the sales rep to having the crew in our home was totally stress free. Everyone involved arrived on time and the entire job was completed in 3 hours. They respected our home and did not leave ant mess behind. Except for the presence of the new furnace and AC you would never know that any work men had been there. We would be pleased to recommend Matt, the sales rep, and the 2 fellows who did our installation to friends and neighbours.

    Furnace Service

    Service man was excellent. He was super knowledgeable about my furnace. He worked very efficiently and professionally. I would definitely have him here again. Thank you Direct Energy ! !
