The technician who came to our house was very professional and courteous and also friendly. I have been very impressed with the technician on each visit as parts had to be ordered. Each time he made sure to explain to me that the parts and service was covered under our Protection Plan with DE. This certainly went a long way to making me feel comfortable and eliminated undue stress on me wondering if the issues were covered or not. I am very happy with DE and encourage all of my friends and family that the DE Protection Plan is well worth it for the peace of mind it brings.

I was very happy with the service provided by the service technician that came to our home on our recent service call. He was very polite, friendly, quick and efficient.

I was very pleased with the whole process of having a new furnace and A/c installed. The serviceman who did our annual inspection explained the need to replace our 17 year old equipment. The salesman came promply to accomodate my calendar needs. The installers also were prompt, did a good neat job and explained things to me. Also, I have just received my billing statement and the appropriate billing adjustments were made. Good job and thanks.

The recent installation of a new water heater was performed extremely well by the two servicemen. One was Mr. Claxton and l forgot name of other one. Pleasure to have them in our house.
