    I have had several service plans with Direct Energy for years and l'm very satisfied with the service. That is why l have continued to renew again and again. I would recommend Direct Energy.

    Furnace Install

    Impressed with professionalism, no pressure. Appreciated follow up phone call after installation. Technician Rick had a print out of "Frequently Asked Questions " which he shared with me. All three individuals that I dealt with during this process were friendly and Knowledgeable.

    Protection Plan

    Charlette was the Customer Service person whom called me about a previous issue. She was great and extremely understanding about the mess up of our account last year. The service i received was excellent.

    Burst water pipe in crawl space in basement

    I couldn't ask for a better service. I was without water with a flooded basement and the effort to fix my problem was excellent. I am a happy Direct Energy customer!

    Your service technician checked the carbon monoxide detector to make sure it was functioning properly and still current. Appreciate the extra care. I am a happy Direct Energy customer !

    New Furnace

    The service from start to finish was excellent. They came to our house and gave us a quote and then once we selected the unit the process was very easy.

    Leaky Tap - kitchen

    Have a warranty service with them. Booked to have leaky taps fixed. Waited 4 hrs. No one showed up!! Just called Direct Energy - oops sorry. No reason - just sorry for my inconvenience!!!!!!!! TERRIBLE SERVICE. Now I get to wait another 4 hrs and HOPE someone shows
