Every person I dealt with was pleasant and helpful. The first technician went above and beyond. The installers of the water heater were efficient, friendly, and tidy. All were timely. Someone is doing a great job of training your employees!

It was such a pleasure to speak with Bertha on Saturday, September, 20th, 2014. She took the time to ensure all my needs were met. She also introduced me to the Total Home Protection Plan for my fridge, stove, dishwasher. etc.. for a low price on top of my current plan. Bertha completed an overall review of my file to ensure that I was protected for the appliances in my home. Her tone of voice, patience, and skills of services available were appreciated. The service technician named Ajeef was excellent. When I made an appointment by telephone I had specifically asked for a double appointment for both the furnace and air conditioning but when he arrived he was expecting only a furnace appointment. While here he called by phone to explain and also carried out the cooling service without me having to phone in and arrange it for another day. Thank you.

I received exactly the services I requested. New water heater works fine. Technicians showed up on time, were courteous, and worked cleanly. I appreciated that they put tarps down on the floor. I had, however, to provide a shop light, which is something they should have had themselves.

I have been with Direct Energy protection plan for years. Trevor was polite, informative and shared what he was going to be doing technically and upon finding any problems, he would bring them to my attention.

On both visits Joseph the technician who came to my home was prompt, courteous, informative and proficient. He is an excellent ambassador for Direct energy. The wait on the initial phone call for set-up of the visit was a bit long. Nonetheless I appreciate Direct energy's appropriate follow up on the factory problem with my new air conditioner.
