    Salesman and no money down is great!! The technician was very informative and I did not feel rushed and all of my questions were answered. My neighbor is now interested in Direct Energy a/c.

    Water Tank Service

    I have recently experienced no hot water running in the boiler. I called in for the maintenance/repair. They responded very fast and sent in the technician the day after. His work has given me full satisfaction. Thanks.

    AC installation

    Just had Trane AC installed--very quiet unit! The installers arrived promptly, did wonderful clean up, removed the old unit and completed the job in 3 hours. Very respectful of my home and answered my questions fully. Would definitely recommend Direct Energy.

    Water Heater Install

    Excellent service; technicians were prompt and polite. Only recommendation would be that before the call center books the appointment they should indicated it is a visit appointment only with the actual service to be scheduled for another day - this is important- especially when you work full-time and need to take time off to be home to meet the technicians.

    The name of the technician was Bob, I hope we are fortunate in the future to have him for any future maintenance work we may require. We are very pleased with all aspects of our contact with Bob. He was polite, respectful, knowledgeable, informative and did a great job!! Thank you Bob!

    127.00Wally did an excellent job. He showed me and explained all the work he did. He gave me some pointers regarding the AC and I have nothing to complain about. I spoke to him regarding a fireplace for my basement and he suggest I call when I was ready for some more information on this.

    I was disappointed when I received my may 23rd. 2014 invoice and noticed that the total home protection and cooling maintenance programs did not appear on my invoice and I had not cancelled them. The representatives I spoke with were very helpful and everything was resolved and corrected.

    I needed a new fan for my air conditioner so I had to schedule another appointment the following day because the part was not available. Of course, this happened on the hottest day of the year thus far. I was told that the part would arrive the next day but then I got a call from a customer service representative asking if I wanted to schedule an appointment in 3 days! When I mentioned that I was told that the part would be available the next day, he agreed to make an appointment for the next day. Overall, I was very pleased.

    Sean, was the technician that dealt with a spring check up carried out on my air-conditioning unit. He, in short, was excellent. Additionally, he is a wonderful representative for Enbridge.

    Air Conditioner Replacement and Installation

    An annual service call for our old air conditioner was placed. Within 30 minutes, assessment that a new air conditioner was to be replaced. Dispatched for sales person for a new model. All finances and purchase and delivery and installation was completed in 7 days. Very satisfied and would pass on this review.
