    HVAC Services

    The technician was very considerate of my home, was prompt and explained to me about proper maintenance of my furnace. ie changing my filter every three months so that the furnace is working at optimal efficiency.

    Hot Water Heater Service

    We had a problem with our hot water heater. We phoned in the middle of the night, was able to talk with a real person and made on appointment convenient to us for the technician to come. The direct energy technician came on-time and changed to indoor shoes without us asking. He diagnosed and fixed our problems in less than 10 minutes. Thank you!

    HVAC Service

    The service man that we had was fabulous!! He was extremely knowledgeable and we really felt confident about the work he had done and he left us feeling good. We actually talked about him after he left, saying that he definitely exceeded our expectations. He explained to us what had happened with the furnace and recommended a couple of things we should do to help avoid this from happening again in the future. He was great! However, from the time I placed the service call until the time I received a call back was 10 hours, which frustrated me a bit. Overall I was very happy with our service call. I don't recall the service technicians name but he was really tall (approximately 6' 4", dark hair and wore glasses. Very smart gentleman that serves your Company well.

    Good: (1) On time show up as booking. (2) Good advice to other set up. (3) Quick installation. (4) In general keep place clean. (5) Seal up area not part of his work. bad: (1) Did not re-install the door he taken down. Thank you.

    Our experience with direct energy delivery and installing our new furnace and air-conditioner was awesome. We were extremely impressed with the professionalism and caring that were offered. You made a very stressful decision completely stress free. Rick and his team are the best. Thank you so much.

    HVAC Install

    I can't say enough good things about Paul Cossitt, the Sales Rep as well as Craig and Sean, the installers. Theses 3 guys made the whole experience extremely pleasant. You are fortunate as a company to have these 3 individuals representing your name and your brand. Not only would I recommend Direct Energy, but I have already spoken at length with a neighbour who will very likely be in touch with you in the days to come to purchase a new furnace.

    Hvac Service

    The service technician was excellent. We had a problem with our hot water tank venting and he explained the situation to me and then contacted Direct Energy to find out the best way to deal with problem. I was called by Direct Energy right away with my options. My overall experience was excellent.

    HVAC Service

    The service call resulted in our discovering that the furnace heat exchangers had to be changed. I decided to buy a new furnace. Regarding your service and sales reps, both were excellent and knowledgeable, courteous and professional in the best sense. Fabio, the technician, and Barry Kalisky, the sales rep are excellent examples of good customer relations.

    Hvac Service

    Pierre was our technician and is great asset to Direct Energy. He was friendly, very knowledgeable and efficient. He was determined to get our heat back no matter what. I am so grateful that i have the Direct Energy Protection Plan, for $23.00 a month it is well worth the cost. Thanks, Marian

    Hot Water Heater Install

    The problem got fixed on the same day. The servicemen were very courteous. The best was they brought the carpet (non skid) which prevented any damage to the house and the whole process was very clean. Thanks.
