    Hvac Service

    Very polite and knowledgeable and found that humidifier was not connected properly and that came for humidifier was inverted and blocking the opening closing of vent inside humidifier! Happy with fixes.

    HVAC Service

    It was a furnace issue and it was very cold, I was disappointed that the service technician did not carry the part required. It was an ignition switch, very small, easy to carry a supply of a variety of switches I would think. However, it was ordered, delivered and replaced within an additional 24 hours, can't complain about that. Thank you.

    RWH Service

    I think you are the only service company that lets me talk to a rep. that can do something for me. You never have to transfer me, especially 2 or 3 times!! I know for sure that the tech coming will be professional and well trained. Renting my tank from direct energy is a no stress deal. Direct energy could teach my other service companies how to serve customers. Thank you to the whole team.

    Furnace

    The service rep ordered the part and arranged a second appointment the next day. The parts arrived and the service rep who came the next day finished the installation of the replacement part.

    Furnace cleaning & repair

    The first service call I made was for a furnace cleaning. I also mentioned a concern about a “ticking sound” but the technician didn't address that problem. He was there to clean... in and out. I had to request a second service call. Two technicians this time. Very thorough, knowledgable and informative. They ordered a new part and returned to fix the fan motor. It took a little longer but there's no more ticking. Thank you!

    HVAC Service

    Bertha was excellent on the phone. She explained my plan & changed it for me for a better one for the same cost. Something the original rep did not do. Shame on you!!!!! The technician was great. Can't remember his name. Wanted your office to acknowledge these people for their fantastic work.

    new furnace

    The work was not completed because it required a part to be ordered. The part arrived within 12 hours to my door. This was impressive. I am impressed by the excellent quality of the tech support.

    Hot Water Heater Install

    Hello! The replacement of our water heater went smoothly and the technicians accommodated extra work by placing gas and water pipes in better location. Thank you ! ! ! !

    The repair was not completed on the first visit as the part required was not available. However, the technician who handled the first visit saw to it that I was up and running till the required part came in.

    Duct Cleaning

    Overall the experience with both customer service and the service Technician were very good. And yes I will use Direct Energy services and recommend the service to others. Thank you.
