    Very Happy with Quality

    Ordered 2 complete custom garage doors with install. We got the look we wanted at a very competitive price. Although we had a little hiccup in fabrication, our new garage doors are beautiful. The quality surpasses expectations. The mechanism to open/close is quieter than what I am used to, the track system is super smooth. Very happy with the outcome.

    Garage Door Spring replacement

    The service guy John was great and also very helpful in explaining things regarding garage door maintenance. He tested the system throughly several times after the installation. Thanks to him. Glad that I had chosen Dodds.

    Garage door springs replacement

    The Dodds service person came on time and replaced our broken garage door springs without any issue at all. Now I can hardly hear anything at all when our garage opens and closes because the new springs are so quiet!! We would definitely use Dodds again. Thanks!!

    Updated Garage Door openers

    We had our doors replaced by Dodds a number of years ago but didn't replace the automatic openers. We were very happy with the doors but the old openers started to fail after a few more years use. Today we had the openers upgraded to 3/4 hp. Amazing difference. Very easy to use. Remote has both doors on it and can be used on my key chain. Great key pad outside and very quiet action. Very happy!

    Replace garage door

    From sales to service it was a great experience. We were presented with plenty of options to choose from and our sales rep was very knowledgeable. Installation was done on schedule and they left the place spotless. Highly recommend their service.

    Decent price, solid work and good follow-through

    Manual single garage door in an old, detached garage (with very low clearance). Someone came out to do thorough measurements and left me with an all-in quotation. Price was not outrageous compared to another quote I got. The guy talked through the options and I never felt like I was being over-sold. Work was done while I wasn't even home and I came home to shiny new garage door. I was disappointed there wasn't an exterior foot bracket low on the door and someone came out to install one free of charge (thanks!). Great phone service.

    Same day response great!

    Have used them before and never fail to be pleased. They were professional and punctual to fix garage spring. yheir price was slightly more than others but I know the service I will get with Dodd’s and trust them to do what they say.

    Garage Door Replacement

    I called two companies for quotes. Dodds responded quickly and scheduled an appointment. The other company would only provide a quote via email. At our meeting, Allan provided many options and explained each one carefully. Took a little longer to get the capping done, but this is done by a separate installer. Pricing was competitive, service was great and the product looks fantastic! Thank you Dodds.

    Garage Door and Opener Installation

    From the quote and installation process Dodds have been clear. Installation was professionally done and I am happy how the door looks and functions. I do not usually leave feedbacks and comment but it says here that they will donate to Sick Kids which is nice. I will recommend Dodds to friends and family for sure.

    Great service

    I needed some replacement parts for my doors and they went above and beyond to look after me. The doors were old and they managed to get exactly what I needed.
