    Excellent Service

    From my initial phone contact to completion of the installation of a new opener my experience with Dodds was excellent. The repairmen arrived on time, discovered and explained the problem clearly to me, offered alternatives for a solution, then installed a new motor in record time. Everything was done professionally. Thank you for your superb service.

    Replace garage door

    From initial phone call to completion of project everything was excellent. Great customer service, informative visit for estimate with no pressure sales tactics, installation happened on time. Looks fantastic. I would recommend Dodds without hesitation!

    New Garage Door Summer 2019

    Very happy with the product and services from Dodds; We purchased an insulated double garage door with full seal and aluminum capping. Door colour was selected to match our existing siding - good colour matching ! Trevor was a pleasure to work with on the sales side - very responsive and helpful with his answers to my questions. Denise and Angela in the office were great updating us with install schedule etc. Service guy was quick, clean in his workspace, and got us up and running quick. Well done all! If I had more garage doors, I'd be back!

    Product, price, service all impressive

    Best product imaginable. So many compliments on garage doors. Service dept outstanding with fast follow ups and very courteous service techs. Stan, Service Mgr, great to deal with and looks after his customers. My sister in-law bought new garage doors this spring based on our experience. Would only use Dodds Doors in the future.

    New Garage Doors

    The garage doors are well made, , I had 2 doors put in and they were efficient and great to work with, I would definitely recommend. Their prices were also very reasonable.

    Garage door spring repair

    Repair person arrived on time, was pleasant to deal with, assessed situation quickly and completed repair quickly and in good quality at reasonable price. I had experience with other companies and this one is highly recommended

    Garage door capping

    They were able to guess very close at the colour of the door they had to match from google maps and the sample piece they sent in the mail was perfect, the install team came towards the end of their day on a Friday and completed the work very quickly.

    Garage door repair

    Original door installed ~5 years ago. Dented from collision with car. Dodd's found my original order and replaced damaged panel within 4 weeks. Color match perfect so no fading of original door.

    Garage door

    We had a garage door for 25+ years so it was time. We had a couple quotes but Dodd’s has the most impressive line of products (thank you Trevor) and the most responsive customer service team. What a class act from their installers. They were clean today and professional. We appreciate everything Dodd’s has done and we are super happy with our new door. We’ve recommended Dodd’s to others too. John and Colomba.

    Garage Door and Opener Installation

    I had a great experience with Dodd's from start to finish - Trevor did the initial consultation to take measurements, help with selecting the style of door and was helpful with choosing the best opener for my needs. Angie was great with scheduling the install and keeping me in the loop on the whole process. And the day of install went very smooth (sorry, I forget the technicians name) both the garage door and opener work perfect and he suggested how to maintain both for them to last a lifetime. Would recommend this company to everyone!
