Garage Door
The cable on my garage door broke one morning on my way to work and I was not able to open it back up. I was a little concerned what I was going to do once I got home. I called Dodd’s and they came that afternoon and they even lubricated the rest of the door so it opens better than before! It was fixed by the time I got home. Very happy with the service I received from Dodd’s. Thank you. Lisa

Fantastic experience for the 2nd time. Highly recommend.
We required a replacement garage door as the old one had been damaged. Quick response using the on line portal. Immediate phone follow up. Ten year old information was accessed and door was ordered. Delivery and install were seamless. We love the new door. Terrific experience.

Excellent Service
I really appreciated the information and the caring attitude of all their employees. The salesman took the time to explain door options & trim. The other companies wrote their estimates on the truck of my car with a "take it leave it" attitude and were gone within 5 minutes. Dodds kept me informed when the doors were due to arrive. The installer arrived on time and cleaned up the garage when finished. The aluminum trim to match the eaves will be done within 2 weeks. I have used Dodds to repair the old doors and was very please with their work.

Garage Door
They did a great job and the garage looks amazing! We are very happy. We got the capping done too which just finishes off the door. We also had them install a garage door opener that we purchase.

installation of new garage door
It started with a phone call to Dodds inquiring about a new garage door. Within an hour, the salesperson was at our front door. He was knowledgeable, pleasant and we signed on that visit. The installation was done on time and at the quoted price. The technician was very professional and finished within a few hours. He too was very pleasant, a characteristic of the folks we have met at Dodds over the past few decades.

Repair bent track
My car hit the track and I could not operate the door although I had straightened it the roller came off the track and I could not reinstall the roller

Quality and affordability
We had a pretty simple single car garage door that needed replacing as well as a new opener (that we provided) installed. The installation was quick, the sales was low pressure, the product was high quality and cheaper (despite being better - higher spring lifetime, better insulation) than the others, including Costco with rebate.

Replace 2 garage doors
Dodds Door original replaces our garage doors in 2008 and was happy with their services. However, in Nov 2018, one of the garage door was damaged and need replacement. I got several quotes and Dodds price was competitive. We asked Dodds to expedite the order because Winter was approaching. Garage doors were installed in Dec 2018 and completed in one day. Installation crew did a great job and cleaned after themselves. We are very happy with the new garage doors and the service with Dodds. I will definitely recommend them

Garage Door & opener installation
Person who gave quote was on time & informative. Installer was very professional - on time, answered all questions, installed the door & opener efficiently & timely, and left a clean worksite. I would definitely recommend considering Dodd's Garage Doors if you are thinking of replacing your door.

Garage door installation
Excellent service and quality. I had a very old garage wooden door with opener. I had it replaced with the platinum series and opener. Love the quality, quietness of the motor and look of the door I highly recommend. Very happy with everything . Thank you
