    Replaced garage door

    My Dodds experience was great. They provided a good product at a competitive price. Everyone involved with the company from the salespeople to the installer were courteous and knowledgeable. They were always on time for their appointments and delivery. The installation was efficient and promptly completed. The old garage door and packaging was removed. We were instructed on proper care and maintenance in the future. Thank you to everyone and especially Laurie and Ryan.

    Excellent Service

    I was extremely pleased with the attentive service provided by technician John. He spent a considerable amount of time explaining to me what he was doing and how he was addressing the problem with my garage doors. Once he was finished, everything worked fine. I could not be happier with John's service.

    JP the service manager rocks!

    My previous review was a result of bad customer services I had received before the summer. However, Dodd's new president, Zack and his service manager, JP got involved to address all my concerns with reasonable offers to compensate me, etc. Thanks guys.

    Installed garage doors

    Installed three garage doors for our new addition. Mike was great to work with and make suggestions that worked with our project when ordering. Installation was quick and neat. Doors work great and quiet and look good too.

    Needed a garage door

    I called Dodds after hearing their ads for years on 680 News. I needed a no-frills garage door to replace the ancient one on my house. They had what I needed and didn’t try to up-sell me, which I appreciated. The worker who installed the door was terrific, very fast and efficient and polite. The door works great and I’m so happy not to have to look at the eyesore that was the old garage door.

    Garage Door Disappointment

    The key reason for the low score I gave this company is because they made a major mistake with my garage door. As you can see from the photos, the panels and windows are several inches too short in relation to the door size. The measurements taken were done so improperly. This company does not install on weekends and will push to do the install on a weekday morning even if you're not home. When I got home and saw the door, I immediately contacted Denise - the order rep - and I sent her a picture. She initially AGREED that the door measurements looked off and said someone would "call" me. No one called. When I contacted them again I was told that if I wanted the panels or door redone I would have to incur the large cost myself - in other words I would have to pay all over again to have the door redone. Total Bull. I insisted something be done and, again, was told someone would call. No one did. They did absolutely nothing to rectify their mistake.

We would suggest that this client contact the President of Dodds for further discussion.The door is a Garaga 10x7 long panel design and the installation is perfect and in exact accordance with what this manufacturer supplies for this size door.

    Great from the estimate right through to the end of the job

    I got 4 estimates, while Dodds was not the least expensive it was a very good quote and Mike the salesperson really understood what I was hoping for and was super professional and knowledgeable ......also he had no desire to replace parts that were practically new like 2 of the other companies I consulted ... installation , capping...... all workmen were great and the final product looks great

    instaled new garage door opener

    Very professional and friendly service. Technician was very experienced who instaled new garage door opner quickly and he has done his job very professionally. I highly recommend Dodds garge door.

    Garage door repair

    Small job but Dodds doors take care of it without making you wait in the middle of visit season. They did not push my small work order to bottom of the queue below the more expensive job. The communication also is no hassle. I was able to use all of phone, texting, and emails.

    Garage Door Opener

    I have used Dodd's before and I will use them again as I need to. Service personnel are knowledgeable, courteous and punctual. And they know what they are doing. No complaints.
