    Fixing my garage door opener

    I hired Dodd's garage door systems last January as my garage door was jumping off the track. They fixed my problem and gave me some advice. Today, my remote garage door opener stopped working, even though I changed the battery. I called Dodd's (North York-Scarborough office) and a manager there coached me on how to reset the remote and suggested I make sure that the camera sight line was clear. I did, it works and it saved me the cost of a service call. I am very happy!

    New Garage doors and opener

    We had the fortunate opportunity to have Antony R as our Sales Rep who visited us and listened to what we needed/wanted and then he provided several solutions. You could tell, he was passionate about servicing clients and was confident in the brands that they carried. There was no sales pitch...just facts and information. It was apparent we did not need to look at others as we felt confident that we were going to get a quality product installed. Unfortunately, a faulty product was installed (no one could predict this) however true to their promise, Dodd's responded and replaced what was required. Robert the specialist who attended to the issue corrected all areas of concerns as well as replaced the new door opener. We are incredibly happy - there is a saying: you get what you pay for so choose wisely. We paid for quality/service and peace of mind and we got exactly what we wanted.

    Garage door replacement

    We were delighted with the service we received from Dodds. Both the project estimator and the door installer were exceptionally pleasant. They arrived on time and were thoroughly professional. We would highly recommend this company.

    Garage doors

    My wooden garage doors were old and ready for replacement and Dodds recommended the Garaga foam injected steel doors. The delivery was quick and their installer was very experienced, having both old doors removed and the new ones installed within just a few hours. These doors are great and have really enhanced the look of my garage. Much thanks to Mike B. at Dodds!

    garage door purchase, installation and capping of wooden frame

    This company was a pleasure to deal with. The sales representative was helpful without being 'pushy'. The installation technician (Sal) was friendly courteous and made sure there wasn't even the smallest trace of anything left over from the installation. I would highly recommend this company to anyone.

    Changed the weather strip on our old garage door

    Dodd's solved a problem on our old custom door with ease. Very pleasant technician, came to the house to figure out and back the next day and rapidly fixed the problem. Perfect and affordable!

    Excellent Customer Service & Response

    When we decided to purchase new garage doors, we had several companies in to quote. Dodd's was not the cheapest as we had another company quote the SAME PRODUCT for less, but their Customer Reviews were less than stellar. We're glad we chose Dodd's as there was a mfg defect with our doors, and Dodd's returned to replace them immediately. Great service, great people!

    new garage door

    From telephone call to actual installation of the garage door this was an excellent job done very professionally. By far the best price and the fastest workmanship that we have seen thus far.

    New garage doors

    I had new garage doors and door openers installed for my home. Really happy with the work. Good quality product and installation. The installer was professional and efficient. Good work.

    New Garage Door

    We replaced our Garage Door with Dodds. From the estimate to the garage door installation - the process was seamless. All individuals involved were knowledgeable, courteous and professional. The garage door is of the highest quality and the entire process was completed in a timely fashion. I would not hesitate to recommend this company!
