    Garage Door Repair

    This is the first time we've ever required garage door repairs, so when the cable for our garage door opener broke last night....my first thought was "what do I do now?" Well, I called Dodds! They came the very next day. They were very busy, might still managed to squeeze me into their busy schedule. The service tech Chris K was the best! Very professional & polite, noted the problem right away & got to work....I could tell that he definitely knew what he was doing. In fact, he was so good & fast that I asked that he change the rest of the cables too (we have 2 single garage doors), as they were all the same age. Just magnificent service from Chris K; very impressed.

    Garage door installation, Mississauga

    Installers arrived as scheduled on a very hot and humid day. Jacob and his partner proceeded to immediately dismantle our old garage door. They were all business in this matter. I was surprised by their efficiency. Of course, this work ethic carried over when they installed our new Garaga garage door. They did an excellent installation job. Highly recommended. Peter B.

    Good service from start to finish Installation was on time as agreed and installer did a great job The garage door looks good and i'm very happy Would recommend Dodds to family and friends Oakville

    Excellent service from start to finish

    Mike made the impossible happen - we were able to get the garage doors we wanted without paying inflated prices for customization. Everything went well from start to finish, we are very happy with our purchase.

    Experienced, efficient, and professional

    Chris arrived on time and very nice to deal with. Work was done in less than an hour - it was obvious that he was highly experienced and knew what he was doing. We are highly satisfied and would definitely recommend this company.

    New garage door

    Awesome experience from beginning to end. The sales rep Antony was great took his time to explain and show us what would be the best fit for our home, with no pressure. Angela from the office left me a voicemail to contact her to set date for installation . I called her back easy to talk to really nice girl. Today Steve showed up on time to install super nice guy , efficient , clean , awesome workmanship really took care in everything he was doing. Garage door looks great and I am so happy I went with Dodds.

    Replacement garage door opener

    The work was done very proficiently. The installer made sure that everything functioned properly and that the safety devices were operarable. He cleaned up and removed any packaging and the old opener. Unfortunately, the support for setting up the Wi-Fi and programming the Homelink was less than helpful. By seeking advice elsewhere, I was able to get everything set up. I am quite satisfied with the Liftmaster Elite opener.

    Thank you very much for this review Aarne. It is our company policy not to enter clients vehicles and since every vehicle is different there is no generic set up for Homelink. We do not wish to have clients WiFi passwords and therefore do not set up the opener WiFi.

    Garage door opener repair

    After many years of use, one of the springs on our garage door opener cracked. I contacted Dodds and was given an exact quote, for replacing either one or both of the springs. We elected to replace both. The company was able to squeeze in a prompt repair. The technician that arrived was pleasant and knowledgeable. He answered a question I had about the sensor and even provided a tip for the care and maintenance of our garage door. Couldn't ask for better service... thank you.

    New garage door

    Our old garage door needed to be replaced, had heared radio commercials regarding Dodds doors. Called & Mike from Dodds came out. We decided on a door & trim. The new door was installed & it looks great! Very pleased with our choice of company.. Good people to work with, from the staff that's minds the phone, sales & installer!!     new garage door

    Immediate response to my inquiry. Technician who installed the door was knowledgeable and effective. Also he offered to take care of any mishap in the future. The only negative thing is that it took 2 weeks from the date I order it till it was installed.
