    Roofing

    One side of my roof needed the shingles replacing plus a general inspection. John at Don Mills Roofing provided me with a timely, competitively priced quote. They also completed the job expertly with top quality materials and workmanship. I wouldn't hesitate to recommended them.

    Installed new roof shingles and new eavestroughing and downspouts

    Don Mills Roofing was quick to contact us about the work; provided a detailed and competitive quote, and completed the work quickly. They left our yard in immaculate condition.

    Replaced our roof shingles on an emergency basis.

    We called Don Mills Roofing and John was quick to respond as our message left was one of panic as our roof had a hole and the rain was weeping into a bedroom. We had gone on a vacation and a family of raccoons decide to squat in our attic. They actually chewed a hole in our roof to gain access. We had to coordinate both the removal of the raccoons and the replacement of the shingles. The critters had tried in several areas of our roof. As the old roof was already 20 years old, we decided to replace the entire roof. John and his ream began the project the first possible day and the job was completed as expected, on time, and as quoted. His team were respectful and very good at what they do. I would have no problem at all with using Don Mills Roofing again or recommend to anyone.

    roofing contractor

    I had Don Mills Roofing installed a complete new roof 10 years ago,the old roof had already two layers of Tar and Gravel which almost lasted for 35 yrs, but was not popular anymore,so i have decided to change to Shingles Roofing,Mr.John Landry suggested because of my Cathedral ceiling low slope roofing,for the new roof materials to be IKO Shingles-Cambridge East 30 yrs and the entire roof to be installed IKO Armourgard ice and water protector. The whole team with over 20 yrs of working experience ,the whole job was done in a very professional and workmen - like manner. Now my rood is already 10 yrs old and still in good conditions. I have no hesitation to recommend Don Mills Roofing to be your next Roofing Contractor. have a nice day.

    Roof replacement

    Complete replacement of our roof. John was very helpful, told us two years ago that we didn’t need to replace it then, would last probably another 2 years. And he was right! Excellent, fast work. He even moved our cars out of the driveway while we were away and returned them each night.

    New roof

    On time, friendly, did what they said they would. Cleaned up nicely. Took two days. One side shingles taken off then new put on. The next day the other side.

    Installation of a new roof.

    Don Mills Roofing removed the current shingles on our house and replaced them with new shingles. They completed the work very effectively over two days, managing the work between periods of rain. The work was all done according to our agreement and their team was friendly and easy to deal with. They were professional in all respects, including cleaning up after the work was finished, and we are very satisfied with the outcome.
