I have been a customer of Dr. Green for the past 2 years, and I would and have highly recommended this company to anyone who may be looking for good quality lawn care. The service has always been top notch and any issues have always been rectified in a satisfactory and timely fashion. Dr. Green Lawn services always leave me with a golf course lawn. We never have problems with dandelions unlike our neighbors. I love having the best looking lawn on the block! Thanks Dr. Green.

Thank you for your service! We lead busy lives and don't always have the time to look after our lawn as we should. I especially like the email alerts that let me know when your crew will arrive. It gives me time to get the hose off the lawn, cut the grass or rake the leaves before they arrive to ensure the fertilizer is applied properly. Our lawn is really showing the advantage of properly timed lawn care.

Dr. Green Lawn Care is a great company that cares about it's clients. This year I had a large area of weeds that I was getting from my neighbors. When I called Dr.green, not only was customer service very friendly and helpful they also scheduled two extra weed sprays two weeks apart that greatly helped reduce the amount of weeds that I was getting and told me that they would take special care with them next year as well. 2012 will be the 3rd year I have used Dr. Green for my lawn care. I am really impressed with the customer service they provide to their clients. I am quite satisfied with the actually products they use on my lawn and the advice they give. Dr. Green is prompt with their delivery of service.

We have been a client for a number of years, and appreciate the excellent service you have provided. On a number of occasions we have had problems with our lawn such as cinch bugs, or other minor rodent problems. You have always come out to look at the problem and solved it. This fall we had our lawn sprayed and the spray got on our cement and vinyl siding. This was an accident by the technician do to the wind on that day, Dr Green came out and cleaned the areas affected with no delay and it is as good as it was before. Lastly when over seeding has been done, you always come out on request to spray our patio stones to kill the grass that has taken root. Thank you for you services.

Dr.Green has been very good to deal with. They are easy to call and communicate with. They have various forms of payment which make it flexible for their clients to pay online, over the phone or via mail. Their services are also convenient as no one needs to be home upon their arrival. Thank you for taking care of our lawn from season to season, we are glad we found a great company to deal with!

Hello. 2011 was the first time we used a Lawncare company. We found that Dr. Green kept their appointments for fertilizing and spraying the weeds, and generally our lawn does look better. It saved alot of work for us as well. One complaint I had was the spraying of the weeds when we were not at home, was sparse and non effective. I actually watched one day, and showed the technician where we were most concerned about the weeds. That time, was the best. I only called to have the lawn resprayed a couple of times, but the weeds keep coming back. I think the trick is the concentrate that is used on the Weeds. When enough is used, it does work, but it needs to hit the centre of the weed. We are going to try one more year with Dr. Green. Hopefully , our lawn will continue to get better with overseeding, and TLC. IN 2013 WE DECIDED after our lawn ourselves. So far so good........cheaper too.

In spite of initial promises, many of which were not kept, I had more weeds in my lawn at the end of 2 years of service than before. Then, when I cancelled service, they still came and tried to charge me for more work. Spraying was spotty, with swatches not touches, and they admitted that products used may not be effective - but that everyone was in the same position. Maybe so, but tell me that upfront, not after I signed a contract and after the spraying wasn't working.

For the past two years we have purchased Dr. Green’s Very Best Treatment Plan for our annual lawn care and honestly our lawn has never looked more healthy and full. We are very pleased with the service that we have received from Dr. Green through our treatment plan along with the additional lawn care services we have purchased [aeration (twice), over seeding (once) and power raking (once)]. Also, we very much appreciate receiving a 10% savings and an additional free treatment/ or service when we prepay for our Very Best Treatment Plan.
