I would not recommend using Dr. Green ever. They are worse than an annoying ex that won't quit calling! I used Dr.Green in 2012 after they did a Groupon promotion. The fertilizer and weed control was satisfactory. Since then I have recieved countless unsolicited telemarketing phone calls, mail outs and invoices for services I never ordered. Despite having cancelled the service repeatedly and now having asked more than a dozen times to have my phone number removed from their call list, the annoyance continues. I just received another invoice for 2014 for services I never requested. My advice is avoid them like the plague and use one of their competitors. Check out their rating with the BBB as it documents a lengthy complaint history of everything I have experienced. I wish I would have checked there first. If you cancel the service, keep the email chain and reference number, as they do not stop sending invoices.

A terrible experience. It took us two months and repeated calls to cancel our service and they kept coming (and charging us) anyway. Our neighbours had the same experience. Very poor communication.

Never spent more than 5 mts on the grass. Never try to treat the weeds. I called several times to remind them that I took the service for mainly for weed control….so I expected the same. When they apply the chemical…weeds will disappear for week r so then they start coming out. This is nothing but they are killing plant out side the ground not from the root. And the agents told me that I never called. I told them I won't pay unless they fi the problem. I ask them to come and have look of the job how they did? No use nobody came. They are keep on calling me fee the payment. Also threatening me that they will send the case to legal department and I have to pay the fee for that approximately….2K…this is all rubbish They just know how to bug people to get the payment done…but not how to treat the lawn. Please don't ever try to take their so called lawn service!!!!!

We have been using Dr. Green services for the last 5 growing seasons and, since we have been completely satisfied, we have already signed up for 2014. The services of Dr. Green – as we gather from our friends and neighbours are superior to the competition and we would not hesitate recommending them to anybody. As with every service operation, they are not “perfect” but, should a mistake occur, they are quick and courteous “making it good”. Overall, our rating for Dr. Green is 9 out of 10, honest.

I had arranged for a package of visits. They never told me when they were coming so my gate was locked and they didn't do my back yard which is where I needed it. Didn't know they did the front so I didn't water and they totally burned my lawn. They did try to rectify things but I'm leary

My experience with Dr. Green Services ha been a positive one. They always let me know when they are coming to do a lawn application. Their recommendations are concise and easy to understand. Any problems areas with the lawn have been handled quickly. Your company seems aware of any insect infestations being experienced in our area. Thank you for your excellent service.

I have been using Dr. Green's services for many years now. I appreciate the phone calls letting me know you are coming the next day, the care your technicians show to ensure the lawn is well cared for and the gate closed so that our dogs don't escape! Even the technician's comments on my invoice and the newsletter tips are helpful between treatments. Thank you for caring for our lawn.

I used Dr. Green after having some issues with dead spots on my lawn. In addition I found my lawn would lose it's healthy green colour prematurely and wanted the lawn to look a healthy green colour all summer long. The company is great to work with, very courteous on the phone and their workers were very respectful. I use email with them and they notify me the day before any treatment is to be provided the following day, very reliable. They did a great job in analysing my lawn and recommended treatment and it looks great all summer long. Any time I had a problem I would call and they would fix it quickly, never had to argue, they are very reasonable. They have redone some treatment a couple of times when we didn't get the result we liked. I would recommend them to all my friends.

I have been a satisfied Dr. Green customer for many years. All promised services are carried out each year. If any extra re-sprays were ever required there were no issues on it being done. Our lawn is in much healthier shape than before becoming a Dr. Green customer. The lawn staff and customer service staff are always friendly and professional and take pride in their jobs. I have no complaints and would recommend Dr. Green to anyone looking for a lawn care company.
