Our technician came to your site within 30 min after you called us, unclogged the urinal and left the area clean. As for providing price over the phone in most cases it is impossible, that is why the best practice is to send a plumber (free of charge) to the site to assess the problem and to provide the most accurate estimate – which was done in this case and you agreed on it. There is never an obligation to go ahead with our service, you have all options to shop around if you wish to. Our prices are based on the job, we do not charge customers hourly, so whether it took him an hour or 3 hours the price would have been the same. We can’t match the price of a handyman, we are a well established licensed plumbing company and there are other expenses that are included in the price. Overall on the market our prices are very compatible but you have to compare/measure it to the quality of the same standards. Because of a lot of uric acid build up (you were on site and he show it to you) he recommended a more permanent resolution which would be a hydro jet, but you decline it as your lease is almost up. Customer service is important to us and we strive on providing the best service possible.
