    Installing faucet

    I would not recommend this company because their plumbers would not give you an idea of the cost of a simple task upfront, but ask an arm and a leg once they are there. I had a new kitchen countertop installed. I ordered the faucet online, so the plumber did not even need to come with materials. The drain rescue plumber asked $600 to install the faucet and some simple redirecting of the kitchen sink pipes. I did not agree and wanted him to go, so he lowered $100 on the spot. I asked him how many hours of work he envisaged. He said "couple hours". Even at $500 it is still too high considering the task at hand. But I decided to go ahead anyway because I wanted it done and over with. At the end, the plumber only spent about 1 hour to get everything done, just as I suspected to be a simple task. So it really calls into question whether such a simple plumbing service would require an hour rate of almost $450 with maybe $50 maximum for the materials. Bay street lawyers charge a lower hourly rate. So beware of this company unless you are willing and happy to be fleeced.

    SERVICE

    A 10 out of 10 for Randy.. he was amazing , friendly, professional , good attitude.. the repair was in a awkward position to fix but he did complain at all, he fixed it in a very well.. I was satisfied with his service and knowledge of his craft but mostly his attitude.. I will recommend this company to anyone who wants to get a great service. Regards Ben

    Two Toilets were replaced for $1654.32. Extremely Costly!!! ... People on the street said:

    One toilet was repaired. Two others were replaced for too high a cost ... far too costly!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    Emergency service done quick

    Very professional. Customer was friendly and assisted me quickly. Needed emergency work done. They werethere immediately. Aside from the price (a little to much) they were quick efficient and got the job done quickly. I would recommend them to friends and clients.

    Broken Toilet Valve

    Valve and the other leaky components of the toilet was fixed within an hour. Plumber also assisted with showing us how to manually fix our other toilet that is causing us other issues. Cost was expensive, but understandable since it was an emergency.

    Sewer backup

    I was panic for the urgent matter, they came very quickly, within an hour and did a great job!

    Replace toilets, faucets, shower valve

    The technician (Brian) was very professional. He came to the house twice before the installation to inspect the problems and give us his suggestions and cost break-downs. On the day of installation, he worked seven hours straight without breaks. I would recommend him to anyone.

    Kitchen sink repair

    I called Drain Rescue after my appointment with was cancelled last minute by another plumbing company. Drain Rescue was professional and was able to repair my leaky sink same day.

    Refit of Original Job

    We had a drain issue and had a pump installed in the basement by Drain Rescue. They arrived on time and completed the job. When it was completed, aesethically it was not to our satisfaction. I called and they promptly arranged for their crew to come back. They arrived, completed the fix and everything was 100%. We also had them in approximately 6 months prior to do a big job outside - value $13,000. Again - great job. I can honestly say, we would recommend them for their promptness, quality of service and courteousness.
