    Drain service

    Drainage pipes were replaced to address slope and back flow issues. Installed a back flow valve as well. Randy was amazing. Admired his thoroughness and professionalism

    Repair

    He repaired what was broken. I’m not writing a damn essay on the subject. It was fixed, he did a good job.

    Kitchen sink drain pipes replacement

    I used some strong liquid drain cleaner (sulfuric acid), and left it overnight in the drain — big mistake, as the acid dissolved the glue holding the PVC pipes together, producing 5 leakage sites, flooding the cabinet bottom and some of the floor tile. What a mess! Temporary repair with electrician’s tape enabled us to wait until next morning for Drain Repair to come at the scheduled time. The pipe configuration was replaced, and the joints are all solid now — great job, Andrew, we would certainly call Drain Repair again!

    Toilet Plumbing

    Very nice and professional service. Extremely pleased w the results. Was great to see my toilet fixed. The leak in the basement was fixed aswell so super happy.

    Blocked kitchen drain.

    Used a snake to unclog kitchen drain. Great job. Didn’t take long to complete the work.

    Leaking pipes under the kitchen sink

    Why those things always happen when my husband is out of town! Then I remembered a few years ago how good "holme stars" were with dealing with a major flooding in the middle of the night, so I decided to call them. Again amazing service; The receptionist was friendly and understanding, the plumber came within the hours and showed me where the pipe was broken. I asked him if he could check my leaking shower head which I did not mention over the phone, and without hesitation, he agreed. Both problems were fixed within a short time. Whoever went through renovation know sometimes how difficult it is to deal with the trade people; they do not bother to show up or try to rip you off. You can rest, HOLME STARS is unlike any other plumbers; The are professional, punctual, friendly and very reasonable price.

    Unplug kitchen drain - located far from the sink

    Problem was explained and work conducted professionally and cleanly. Not an easy or cheap job but had to be done!
