    Shower Repair

    We had a major problem with our shower. We had Drain Rescue come out to our home to take a look at the issue. The plumber who showed up at our home quickly assessed the situation, and provided an upfront quote and the estimation on the amount of time it would take to fix. The repair was quickly done, and they cleaned up. This is the second time we have used Drain Rescue for our plumbing needs and we will continue to use them in future. HIghly recommended. Everyone we have dealt with at Drain Rescue have been friendly and very helpful. Tomas, Scarborough

    Showers, toilet

    After moving in to our new home we found the plumbing was a problem. The toilet would always clog and the showers drained slowly. I called drain rescue to come and have a look. Paul arrived on time and assessed the problem and fixed it right away. He was corteous and professional and took the time to ensure everything was in working order. He even inspected the rest of the plumbing in the house for free while he was on site. He noticed the kitchen taps were loose and and tightened them at no charge. I would hire Paul again. Hopefully nothing else goes wrong, though! John, Toronto

    basement water leaking

    Drain Rescue is my saviour!!!! I was away on a business trip and when I returned my basement had about 2 inches of water in it! This was the last thing I needed after the horrible flight and jet lag. I arrived home late on Friday night and I thought who would come out this late on Friday? Well, Drain rescue did! They had someone answer the phone too, it wasn't even an answering machine. I explained to the dispatcher I was having such an awful day and this is the last thing I need, I'm sure she could tell I was stressed! She send out someone right away and it seemed like he was here in no time at all! He explained what was happening and answered all my questions; I did not feel rushed or pressured at all. He went straight to work and cleared the drain. He even removed the water and offered to mop up the mess, What a full service company! Tom, Mississauga

    Bathroom reno

    I bought a new shower faucet and had Drain Rescue come and install it. Great service all around. From customer service, to the follow up. I was pleased with everything. Kamila, Toronto

    Kitchen reno

    I must say that Drain Rescue provides exceptional service!Not only was the service technician on time, quick at resolving the issue and precise, the customer service representative I booked my appointment with extremely helpful: I was in a panic when I called because I needed someone over immediately and, she assured me she would get someone out to my property right away. She was kind and actually helped me calm down a little! Thanks Drain Rescue!

    replace sewer line from celler floor to street

    An emergency with tree roots in the pipe stopping the drains, on a friday evening and chris showed up then arranged for a crew to come in on Saturday. Andre and his crew started with a hole in the basement and replacing the bottom of a cast iron main stack with an easier to deal with PVC stack. Chris came back at each stage to monitor and keep me up to speed. Three days and 3 holes later there was 60 feet of clay pipe sewer replaced with PVC and the drains ran clear. One of the holes was dug in a patio and 6 months later the patio stones have not subsided and I did not even have to wash down the stones. They cleaned everything up. All that was left was to replace the floor tiles over the hole in the basement and to rebox he main stack.

    Main Drain Blockage repair

    I had a minor sewage backup in my basement that was quickly getting worse. We couldn't flush a toilet, run a shower or do laundry in the house and we needed a quick solution. I phoned Drain Rescue, and Sean Humfrey and Dwayne Robertson showed up on time and quickly went to work to fix the problem. They were completely professional, but more importantly they were courteous, respectful and kind. I have two small kids in the house and they worked quickly so that we could go about our daily lives. I really appreciated their courteous and professional manner, how quickly they worked, how informed they kept me during the repair, and how clean they left things before they left. I would highly recommend Drain Rescue as a company, and Sean and Dwayne as contractors.

    Main drain replacement, water service

    Paul from Drain Rescue performed an excellent job for us. His quote for the work were the best of 5 other quotes that we got plus in addition to work performed they updated our water line as well at no extra cost just paid for the copper piping. will recommend to all our friends and family.

    Water service improvement for residential house

    Had them replace my old half inch pipe to new 3/4 inch pipe plus bring that 3/4 inch pipe to collector inside the house. What can i say- job is done well for fair money, i am completely satisfied.

    Basement clogged with water backing up

    We had a clogged drain that went from slow draining to a total stop. We tried Mr. Rooter first but the guy they sent just sold us a couple of bottles of their drain de-clogger(?) and did absoluteley nothing else, just a quick peek at the basement drain with a flashlight and that was it. The stuff they sold us did nothing and eventually the drain went from slow moving to completely clogged up. We called up Drain Rescue and they sent Paul who not only arrived within an acceptable time frame but also took the time to actually send a camera snake down the drain to actually find out what was going on. Totally professional and very informative, Paul was able to fix our drain after determining the real cause. Will definitely be go back to them for any plumbing needs.
