    Amazing experience - highly recommend!

    A really great experience! From start to finish, DrainWorks impressed me. They booked an appointment for me the day I requested it and were very responsive throughout. We had a slow draining sink ever since we moved in 10 years ago and Chris went through the process to snake the drain. The situation was so bad, he ended up replacing the pipes in our wall/ceiling. Throughout it all, Chris was very professional, friendly and patient. He showed up when he said he would and did the work just as he described it. And he left no mess afterwards. An amazing experience - will definitely use DrainWorks again for my plumbing needs. Thanks a bunch!

    Cracked Drain Pipe Repair

    We had a cracked drain pipe from our upstairs bathroom which had a slow, consistent leak into our kitchen. I could see where the leak was coming from based on the water damage, and upon speaking with JP, he said if I am able to open the ceiling, it would save an exploratory charge, as long as the leak was visible. High five there as it saved over $100. Chris came out to do the assessment and immediately saw the crack, pointed out our pipes (being over 90 years old) would have a chance on cracking a seam down the line. He then explained his 35+ years experience and that he isn't too worried and confident in his work and skills. You can just tell when people really know what they are doing, and he is one of them. We agreed to the quote and he cut out the cracked pipe, did a fantastic job retroing ABS to our iron pipes, was super clean and very efficient. I would 100% look to using Chris and Drain Works if anything else happens in the future.

    Replacing drainpipe

    Had 2 drain problems. Received reasonable quotes. Work started immediately and finished within 4 hours.

    Toilet Plumbing

    Called Drain Works to investigate discolouration on ceiling. They sent a plumber within 30-40mins. Chris from Drain Works provided a diagnosis and quote before starting the job. The toilet plumbing issue was fixed on the same day. His work was thorough, clean and dependable. Would highly recommend Chris to friends and colleagues.

    Good polite service

    Chris took out our broken faucet, our old leaky water filter and broken soap dispenser. He installed our new faucet that we had bought ourselves. He listened, took a quick look, then gave us options with prices. He was up front with pricing and reasons for those prices. We decided to stick with installing what we had bought. When there was a decision to be made, he waited patiently for me to contact my husband and did other things while waiting. After we decided he agreed with the decision and I felt that I had made the best choice. Everything looks great, works well and it took about a couple hours to finish.

    Outdoor faucet and interior pipe replacement

    I needed my outdoor faucet replaced but my local, standby plumber said that he couldnt do it. After calling Drain Works, Chris Leger examined the problem, offered me the options and then repaired the damage, replaced the faucet and was scrupulous in making the opening in the basement drywall as small as it could be. He also left a detailed, illustrated outline explaining how to turn the system off in the winter. Best plumbing service I have ever had.

    Bathroom sink leak fix and fixture replacement

    Fast turnaround. They were at my house within 2 hours after calling. The guys were very friendly and efficient. Very satisfied.

    bathroom faucets

    I needed to replace two bathroom faucet sets that were 30 years old. Chris from Drainworks gave me an estimate and the provided the installation services a few days later.     Bathroom Fixture Replacement

    Drain works was amazing! Very fast and friendly service. Scheduling was easy and everything was explained to us before the job was started. Armando and Josh were on time and they fixed and installed all new fixtures (toilet, faucets) and shower faucet/diverter. In 2 of our bathrooms. They were quick, organized and very clean. Armando spotted other issues and fixed them for us so we would not have more issues in the future! Thank you Drain Works and the team for a fantastic service experience!
