    Pipe replacement in basement

    Workers were efficient, polite and didnt disrupt the family hardly at all. Lou explained everything clearly and Stephan and Walter did great work.

    Some drains replaced

    We had drains that were clogged with grease. We had other companies snake them out several times in the past, but the problem always came back. Drainworks was neat, and professional, on time, and did a great job replacing the old pipes.

    Water Service Replacement

    Armando and Josh scoped our drains and replaced our water service. They were professional, had excellent communication, and the job was seamless, finished in a day.

    Replaced pop up stopper in bathroom sink

    I was having issues with stopper in sink that could not be removed and cleaned, resulting in build-up of soap and toothpaste in sink. Drainworks replaced the stopper with a pop up one. This required extending the trap/drain. The work was completed quickly and effectively. I also sought advice on type of new showerhead/handheld shower wand to order for a clawfoot tub. I will schedule Drainworks to install the showerhead once I order and receive.

    Yasss My Water Pressure is BACK!

    What a great experience, I really appreciated the responsive and great service! Booking a plumber with Drainworks was so easy and organized, and the plumber arrived right on time and was so clear, professional and good at his work. Once I had outlined the three issues I was experiencing (outdoor faucet leak, loose sink faucet and water pressure issue), he set to work looking into possible solutions and then explained the options to me really clearly. He really knew his stuff and sorted out the ancient pipes in my 150-yr old Toronto house. He also experimented with some solutions to the water pressure issue, and unexpectedly was also able to resolve that for me same day too! Finally, he left me with some great instructions and info about how to take good care of my outdoor water faucet in the future, and left me with a very neat and tidy basement and water shutoff area. He also recommended some next steps if I want to proactively address a couple of other issues he noticed. A great experience from top to bottom, and Ill look forward to working with the team again.

    Replace main water valve and several other shut off valves around the house.

    Excellent! Very professional plumber, work was done very well. Booking coordinator was very helpful setting up main water shutoff valve timings.

    Undersink DrainPipe Installation

    I first called DrainWorks Plumbing to repair & correct a botched sink installation by a Jiffy plumber. JP could hear the panic in my voice when I discovered the leaking drain pipes under my new sink in my new kitchen. Within a couple hours, Chris, a senior tech who has been with the company 20 years, was at my house to completely undo, re-pipe and properly install my sink/faucet, waterline to my fridge and check the dishwasher line. He was competent, professional, calm and very efficient. DrainWorks has since been back for two new toilet installations. Their whole process, from point of contact with JP, to the end of the job has always been the most professional and competent experience. I won't ever call anyone else.

    Plumbing Replacement / Repairs

    If you need a plumbing tradesman to complete a small household project expertly and in a timely manner then the people to contact are the professionals at DrainWorks. Over the last 16 years we've now used these folks 4 times and, as in the past, continue to give them top rating on HomeStars. The latest project consisted of replacement / repairs to every inside sink tap in our house kitchen, bathrooms, laundry room. One call to J.P. at DrainWorks was all it took. By the next day a professional job was completed. Armando and Josh both did an excellent job. My wife and I are very pleased with the results. Thanks guys !

    Fast and efficient service

    Weve used Drain Works twice now and both times the service was excellent - arrived on time, provided a competitive quote and did an excellent job. Chris was very polite and professional. Wouldnt hesitate to call them again when we need plumbing services.
