    Snaking drain

    I had clogged pipes in the basement that were threatening to overflow a sink and threaten carpeted floors. Lou arrived at 9:00 a.m. the next morning, gave me a fair estimate, fixed the problem, cleaned up, and even gave some free advice before leaving.

    Unclogged the laundry drain.

    Courteous crew arrived on time and unclogged the laundry drain with no mess or fuss. Also offered free advice on other plumbing issues. The drain is still flowing well. Thanks, guys.

    Kitchen sink clog

    Technician Lou Spada arrived, assessed the situation and rectified our plumbing problem all within an hour. He was courteous, knowledgeable and professional. If you have plumbing issues - call Drainworks for a favourable outcome.

    Plumbing - stack replacement and exterior work

    The Drainworks representative arrived promptly and provided a very fair estimate with a clear and complete explanation of the work to be done;replacement of an old, corroding and blocked stack. In order to access the work area many of our possessions had to be moved. Drainworks provided extra help in doing this. They also replaced exterior pipe very efficiently and even put topsoil down after backfilling the excavated area. At all times Armando provided excellent communication about the job in progress and answered all of our questions fully and honestly. In summary Drainworks was a pleasure to deal with and I recommend this company unreservedly.

    Removel of outside Trap

    I called Drainworks after experiencing a flood in my basement 2 days in a row. They came within 3 hours of the call and assessed the issue thoroughly. I was satisfied with their detailed explanation and requested the work be done in order to remedy the situation. They came back the following day and completed all work necessary within the allotted time that was given. I want to Thank Lou Spada and his Crew for their outstanding professional work. I will recommend Drainworks to anyone I know that needs this service. It was a delight dealing with such a competent company.

    Powder room toilet leaking

    I was in doubt regard a drywall issue, so I posted a review here, they called me right away to clarify it. Which was great not only to validate this website ( that I rely on more and more) but also to show that the company cares about the costumer and about those reviews as well! I could do business with them again.

    Drain replacement

    My main drain was blocked by roots and needed replacing. Drainworks were very easy to deal with and were in and out in one day with very little mess behind. Overall it was a very good experience.

    Bathroom - Tub backed up

    Our tub wasn't draining, we picked Drain Works. Fast, clean, friendly and up front. Tub continued to clog, but he came back in 20 minutes...DONE. We're so happy with the results.

    storm line upgrade (plumbing)

    We've used about 5 different plumbing companies for various small plumbing issues since moving into our home in Bayview Village in 2001. Each experience made us extremely leery about dealing with this profession. It seemed once each of the plumbing companies got their hands on the deposit, they would take care of larger more profitable work elsewhere before returning later to complete our jobs. Or they'd offer to do other work for you "on the side" and in "cash only". We needed to get our storm line upgraded to reduce the possibility of flooding, and didn't know where to turn. We noticed Drainworks was used frequently in our neighbourhood and called them for an estimate. What an incredible difference. Armando, our service guy, was efficient, knowledgeable, honest and patient -- and got the job done quickly and did it extremely well. We are totally impressed and would recommend this company to our neighbours, friends, colleagues -- it's incredibly reassuring to know that when you have a problem with your plumbing you can turn to a company that is reliable, pleasant to deal with, efficient, really competent and can get the job done well and fast.     Toilet Repair

    Drainworks staff were friendly and informative right from the start. Chris showed up on time and was quick to give me options. Once we decided what to do the job was carried out quickly and professionally. I'm very happy with the service and would highly recommend Drainworks!
