    Replaced toilet

    This is probably the third or fourth service call I have had to place and each time DrainWorks was able to do the job to my satisfaction. I find them very professional, clean and efficient. I would not hesitate to recommend them to my friends and family.

    Kitchen pipe repair

    We were away on vacation when we got the dreaded call from a neighbour to say our there was a flood in our basement. We had a big leak in a pipe under our sink and it filled our basement with 5 inches of water. Chris arrived and was very polite and courteous. He repaired our problem along with some other things that he found wrong with our plumbing. We were so pleased with his professional manner. Thank you Drainworks! This was our second great experience with you.

    Clogged Sewage Pipes

    We had sewage backing up into our downstairs bathroom. Diagnosis was done quickly and all prices were given up front. Choices were clearly explained. Service was very friendly and professional. They took extra care to not damage my garden and cleaned up extremely thoroughly. And best of all, the problem no longer exists!

    Clogged laundry tub drain

    I called Drain Works to clear a clog I had in my basement laundry tub drain and Jeremy Harris arrived right when I was told to expect him. He quickly cleared the nasty clog that would never have been cleared by a "liquid plumber." The entire time he worked away he kept the area clean...and he put everything back in place that he had to remove to access the drain. My laundry tub is draining very quickly now...I will definitely use Drain Works again if I experience any plumbing problems.

    unclog drains

    Desperate daughter-in-law backs up the toilet every summer in her mother-in-law's house, this time blocking shower drains as well. Service was quick and efficient.Our technician was upfront about the price. Matt was very thorough and continued to clean up both during and after the work.

    Laundry room drain blackage, but earlier work. last year, on the main drains

    I called Drainworks as a repeat on Sunday and with in a couple of hours the service person [ Jeremy Harris ] was here and quickly solved the problem. He was efficent and left the site clean and tidy. I would use the company again. Last year we had a major problem over the July 1 weekend and had excellent service with no damage to the garden and a clean jon inside even though the basement floor had to be dug up. That exeperience lead us to call DrainWorks again for yesterdays problem. Please send July promotion to Sick Kids

    Shower drain problem

    Fixed a clogged shower drain. Service was completed quickly with no mess; they also explained the problem in a friendly and patient manner. I have not had a problem since. Great job and will use them again.

    Replacement of old sewage drain pipe

    I was impressed with how quickly Drainworks was able to respond to my call. They came within 2 hours of calling on Saturday to assess the required job and when they could do it. They were on time and Mike, the guy that provided me with a quote for the job was extremely patient with all of my questions and took the time to explain to me exactly what the issue could be and how quickly they could get to the job. He confirmed that they could do it Tuesday at the latest but stated he would try to see about Monday. Drainworks called on Sunday to say they were able to do it first thing Monday morning. They were here on time and ready to go. The foreman was here to explain what the job entailed and they began. Amedeo came back after a few hours, another site manager, to see how they were progressing. They ran into a few issues but were able to resolve and even though they were delayed by a few hours, they stayed until the job was done with minimal disruptions to my water supply. The did exactly what they said they would do. I was impressed that they came back the next day to go over the work that was done and to see if I had any issues overnight with the water or any further questions. I found them to be extremely professional and customer-service oriented and would definitely recommend them to anyone who had drain or water issues and needed someone to get to them asap. Thanks Drainworks and team for making my sewage back-up issue as best an experience as possible!

    Perpetually clogged bathroom sink drain

    We had lived with a clogged drain for some time. It would slowly drain over time. Armando came in, with his cheerful manner, and was very clear about expectations, costs etc. He wore surgical slippers even over his boots to keep our house clean. He used the snake, fixed the problem in about 10 minutes, leaving the sink clean and functional. He even showed me how to fix it myself in the future! He was a pleasure to deal with and the result was great.
