    Kitchen Sink Plumbing replacement and Repair

    Called regarding a leak under the kitchen sink. J.P. did the scheduling upfront and worked around some scheduling issues on our end. Armanda arrived promptly, assessed the situation, and called me to explain what needed to be done. Super polite, professional, and efficient team. Would 100% call them again.

    New laundry sink & drain connection for dishwasher

    This is the second time I have hired Drain Works, and I am very happy I did! Chris was phenomenal! He was very courteous, professional and clear with his communication. I would hire this company again and would recommend them to anyone!

    Kitchen Sink re-pipe w/Dishwasher hookup

    Kitchen sink plumbing was on borrowed time with obvious signs of corrosion so we wanted to get the ball rolling on fixing the issues before they got worse! Chris from Drain Works came by our condo to check out the situation and he immediately informed us that the existing plumbing wasn't up to code due to a lack of fire safety rating and this was clearly for our benefit and not a sales tactic. A quote for the work was given on the spot and it was less than I expected based on quotes sought for the same job from other plumbers when I looked into it pre-Covid so that's always a bonus, and he even pointed out that the existing hot water supply line for the dishwasher (installed but not hooked up) was a specific type of piping (Wirsbo) which required a specialist tool to work with which he didn't have...again, informative and helpful without being a pushy salesman, but instead an informative tradesman! He offered information on a plumber who dealt with Wirsbo and also offered a solution on how to work with the existing plumbing in order to achieve the desired goal of eventually hooking up the dishwasher. Although unplanned, the additional work was quoted on the spot again and once agreed he got straight to it without any issues. Overall, Chris was able to kill two birds with one stone while offering helpful and useful information along the way while completing the jobs in a quick, efficient and professional manner. More than happy with the work being done and wouldn't hesitate to call Drain Works again for future plumbing jobs.

    Efficient and professional

    Backed up kitchen sink. Drain works arrived within 3 hours, explained everything and replaced the pipes quickly. So happy with this company and the plumber who helped me out!

    Faucet Replacement

    After contacting two plumbing companies that the management in my condo building recommended and having a less than satisfactory experience, I decided to reach out to Drain Works for an online quote. Within 10 minutes of my online inquiry Armando reached out for more information for a quote, and within 2 hours Chris from their team was at my condo starting the repairs. And Chris was FANTASTIC. Fast, professional, friendly, helpful, resourceful, and reasonably priced, we were beyond happy. I cannot recommend Chris, Armando, and the team at Drain Works enough. I'd give them an 11/10 if I could.

    New toilet, backyard water line repair in old house

    Tricky job in an old (circa 1890) house where home repair is always an adventure and mystery. Drainworks was on site within two hours of me placing the request. They installed a new toilet in our basement bathroom and fixed the water line to our backyard that had suffered a burst pipe under the home's previous owner. The latter was challenging due to the need to work in small spaces but the team got it working. Reasonable prices, very quick work, and great results.

    Kitchen Sink Maintenance

    I live in a condo and had a leaky kitchen sink and I'm glad I called Drain Works. Chris from Drainworks came to replace the pipes - and now it works perfectly. The service was quick, clean, efficient and a great value! I will 100% call Drain Works for any of my plumbing needs in the future.
