    Backed up toilet

    We've got an old house with a single ancient toilet that likes to get itself backed up. This is a bad situation. We've had DrainWorks handle this for us twice now. The process is simple, the price is stated up front (two quotes, one if the toilet doesn't have to be removed, a second if it does -- as always, the toilet had to be removed), the staff are prompt, skilled, with a truck full of tools and parts, and a sense of humour. These guys do a great job. We'll continue hiring them, without worries, for everything that we need done that they can do. Terry Cord, the owner/founder of DrainWorks used to do general contracting work. He did an outstanding job for us then, and he's carried those high standards of his into this business.

    Severely Plugged Drain Pipe

    Awesome. From the original phone call to the meeting at the door, we knew we were dealing with professionals. They were courteous and congenial and had all the necessary equipment to do the job (very unusual based on prior service experiences we have had). They fixed the problem AND cleaned up the mess from the backup. We'd recommend them to friends and family without hesitation. This is our first testimonial and we truly believe this company is deserving of your and my business.

    Removal of old lead flange & drain and replaced with new ABS flange & pipe. Replaced antiquated leaking basement laundry faucet with new wall hung faucet

    Our 60+ year old house came equipped with an old lead flange & drain and were definately on borrowed time. Chris Leger attended our home, assessed our situation, and had an indepth conversation with Joe discussing the actual work, and provided a reasonable quote. My husband also asked Chris about our old style laundry tap we had a hard time replacing. Chris assured Joe that was also a job he could do at the same time. The day of the job, Chris was prompt, professional, wore his protective booties, and cleaned up after himself. He also completed the 2 jobs within the timelines he projected. We would not hesitate to use DrainWorks again or recommend them to friends and neighbours.

    Kitchen Drain Plugged

    When I found out that my drain was plugged & was unable to clear it up by simply using draino & a plunger I knew I needed an expert. Drainworks came to my rescue. I would definately recommend them as they were quick, clean, efficient & proffesional.

    Water service replacement from the city installed line to the house

    This company was polite, organized and professional. All the people I dealt with from the original inquiry to the final inspection were easy to work with. They came on time, completed the job as described and cleaned up afterwards. After a two year wait with the City's contractors this company was a pleasure to work with. Many thanks for a job well done.

    Plugged Toilet

    We had unsuccessfully tried to clear the toilet ourselves. We called Drainworks and they scheduled someone to come between 12:00 til 2:00. Lou arrived at 1:00 and snaked out the trap retrieving a lollipop stick that had been thrown down the toilet by one of my darling children. Lou was quick and courteous and I would use their services again.

    Drain replacement

    Drain Works responded quickly to my call. Everyone I dealt with was friendly, efficient and very professional. They took the time to explain to me everything they were going to do. They also gave me quotes and options before they began the work. I was pleasantly surprised at how quickly they finished the work and at how clean they left my place. I also liked how they sent another employee over afterwards to inspect the work and go through everything with me.

    plugged laundry tub

    wow! where do I begin? I am a new mother and was washing some of my baby's clothes in the washing machine when I realized that the laundry basin next to the washing machine had backed up and had spilled onto the floor. In a panic, I picked up the phone book and found DrainWorks. Talk about good luck! Being a woman, I've had some awful experiences with contractors over the years and am hesitant to call one out unless necessary. Needless to say, I called DrainWorks and actually got a live person answering the phone, not just some answering service like a few other companies I had called in the past. Further to that, the man I spoke to there was extremely polite and gave me assurance that my problem would be addressed promptly and efficiently. Being in an already frazzled state, this was of great help to me and my mood. As well, the man clearly outlined what I could expect on the visit in terms of how I can pay(they even take interac!)and what the technician will do when coming to my home. The technician arrived within an hour and a half of my initial phone call as promised(try getting Bell or Rogers to do that) and the high level of service was still present. Matthew, the technician, laid out a welcome mat on my front door and promptly put on shoe covers to avoid getting anything on my carpet. Matthew came in, looked at my problem and get me the exact price for the job before anything was done. This also put me at ease as I've been taken before by other companies saying "oh, it'll be roughly x amount" only to have the cost be a lot more than they said it would be due to pressure tactics and the situation I was in. As I said, Matt never did that, he explained everything very clearly, answered all my questions, and most importantly made me feel comfortable and never talked down to me as a woman. Having such a positive experience with a company has renewed my faith in trades people and I will gladly tell all my friends and family about the wonderful job that Matt and the person at the office did for me. They really seem to have the "cream of the crop" when it comes to employees. Thanks again DrainWorks!

    Plugged toilet

    My granddaughter decided that the toilet would be a good place to play with some toys. The toilet did not agree. I called DrainWorks and before I knew it I had an appointment, the technician arrived and the problem was solved. DrainWorks made my problem disappear before I even had a chance to stress about it. Excellent service, thank you DrainWorks.

    Underground Drain Repair

    I called Drain Works because the floor drain in my basement was backing up. I was more than impressed by Drain Works from the time when I first called, to the time the job was completed. Through out the entire process Drain Works truly exhibitied professionalism, honesty and great workmanship. I wish more companies acted with the same responsibility and integrity that Drain Works displayed.
