    Clean out clogged drain

    I called them late Saturday afternoon and was told they would arrive about 6:30 PM (same day). They were late and arrived at 6:34 PM! Within about an hour he fixed the problem, inserted a camera into the drain to show me what he did, point out an additional clog on city property that I should get the municipality to correct and finally cleaned up.

    Removal of old clay drains from house to city line, replacement with PVC pipe

    Our drains started to back up after a big rain storm. DrainWorks came out and snaked our pipes to get us flowing again. The technician, Jeremy, impressed us with thorough explanations of everything he was doing. We decided to have the old pipes replaced to avoid further tree root invasions. Armando was the technician for this second job; he and his crew arrived on time and went straight to work. The team worked steadily and carefully. All our questions were answered in detail as the work progressed. The clean-up was impeccable too. We are completely satisfied with this company's work, from the first call, to the final inspections. Top notch service!

    Blocked Drain

    I was lucky enough to find a posting for Drain Works online. They were able to arrive faster than they said and the service was exceptional. Not only was the technician nice and friendly the job was done quickly and at the minimum price that was quoted, no other fees were charged.

    Drain service

    We had a drain problem they were very prompt, helpful from the beging to end. I would definetly take this company again. I took another company for an other problem they left the basement dirty with alot of damage. Mike and Eric did it with minimal damage and very clean. It works wonderfully.

    REPLACED DRAIN PIPE

    Drainworks responded within 1 hour of my initial phone call. Jeremy Harris inspected and explained the work needed. He was very thorough and patient with all of our questions. The work was done within 48hours of the first call. The workers left the job site clean and were careful not to damage the property. Drainworks left us with all the paperwork needed to file an application for a rebate with the city. I highly recommend them!

    fixed clog in bathtub

    had a giant clog in bathtub, i called drainworks and they came in less than 2 hours, even though it wasn't an emergency. the two plumbers were very friendly and professional, and actually very nice with my little boy - who was very interested in the gunk in the tub as well as the snake equipment used to unclog the pipes.

    sewer backup

    Called the office at about 12:30. Advised that technician would arriving between 13:00 and 14:00. All work was complete by shortly after 14:00. Fast service though quite expensive. 20 minutes work for approximately $300.

    Kitchen Sink clogged drain

    After paying a large amount of money to a plumber that couldn't fix our problem and told us we had to rip holes in the floor and walls to fix the problem, my husband and I were desperate for a second opinion. That's when we came across Drainworks website. The dispatcher was helpful and made sure we received service that day. Mike Dunn, the service manager, and his team came in and had the problem fixed in no time! No ripping up drywall or floors! We were so pleased!!! They did a great job! They were very clean, and cleaned up the dirty water that came out of the pipes. They made sure that the problem was really fixed, and not a band-aid fix up. I would recommend this company to ANYONE!!! Really reliable and they know what they are doing.

    partial exterior drain replacement

    DrainWorks was on time, clear about the work they planned to accomplish and communicative throughout the job. The quality of workmanship was exceptional. We were very impressed with the level of professionalism of the DrainWorks employees.

    Replaced Basement Pipe

    Armando & his team replaced old clay pipes that were filled with tree roots with new PVC piping. They helped me get a city official out to assess the situation which may mean a rebate for me. From the huge excavation scene one day to complete cleanliness the next! I was amazed. Great thoroughness & attention to detail.
