    Repair or Replace Faucets or Pipes
    Drainworks responded to my request for quotes first and we arranged a time to see what the problems were. I was very happy with the professional manner Chris completed all the tasks. My home was left spotlessly clean and it was a pleasure to work with Drainworks. I will absolutely use them again.

    Repair leaking pipe, general upgrades

    Chris fixed a pipe that was leaking from the second floor onto the main floor. He also upgraded the bathroom water valves, removed a leaking toilet, and replaced the main water valve in the basement. JPs advice with respect to the water main repair was perfect. Will definitely call DrainWorks in the future.

    Discover the cause of a leak into the ceiling of our finished basement

    Two guys worked hard to detect what had caused the leak and learn how to fix it. They were respectful of our home and did not leave a mess

    Dishwasher install and faucet replace and so many other things!

    We have an old house that was renovated poorly. Drainworks has helped us with every issue. They are not cheap but do exeptional work and are total professional and upfront. You pay for what you get and you get great work from Drainworks!

    Toilet leak/replacing flange & drain

    Chris was brought back to tackle another leak issue I had in my house. My powder room ceiling showed signs of water damage in the result of toilet leak above it. Just like the last project he did, he patiently explained to me the cause of the leak and presented the solution for it. He was super tidy around his work area. You can hardly tell the area was being worked on after he left. I would highly recommend Chris to anyone who has issues with leak in your house. You won't be disappoionted!

    Probably The Best Service!!

    After dealing with other plumbing companies in the past. I can honestly say that the communication and service with Drain Woks is far above and beyond exceptional!! Highly recommend!!

    Clogged Drains

    Over the years weve had blocked kitchen drains that plumbers have only partially cleared. We were advised that there was a severe blockage that could not be snaked without opening up the ceiling. Today, Armando from Drain Works confirmed the blocked section but took the time and used the snake in different directions until he cleared out the blockage. I was impressed with his thoroughness, patience and professionalism and would recommend him to my family and friends. If I do eventually have further problems I will certainly call Drain Works.

    Excellent Service!

    DrainWorks DrainWorks has completed a number of projects at my home (both inside and outside) over the years. Each time I was impressed with the quality of the work, communication regarding the work being completed (including price), cleanliness, and friendliness of the employees. So far we have not encountered a problem too big or too complicated for Chris and Armando! I highly recommend DrainWorks! Projects have included: sewer line replacement, bathroom and kitchen plumbing work/replacement, and waterline repair.

    An expensive mistake

    Had a technician replace a part received from the manufacturer in my shower unit - technician couldn't make the temp range work properly so began to raise issues with the water heater which had never been a problem before. I ultimately signed off as it seemed there was nothing else that he could do. My mistake. Subsequently the temp range issue worsened and a rumbling in my pipes developed: but the company would only send out another technician to investigate at $179 plus hst per hour with no warranty or guarantees. They seem to be suggesting that the best way to deal with this is to replace the whole shower unit (at a much larger cost) - sight unseen. In circumstances where their work appears to be an issue I would expect at least some attempt to investigate / address it without further charge or at a reduced charge unless clearly warranted. Very disappointing experience.

This is why it was fully disclosed verbally and in writing in advance of being hired that there were no guarantees or warranties that the installation of the parts you supplied would solve your issues and that there would be additional charges if requesting to continue investigating to avoid replacing the unit altogether. We had requested to speak to you on the phone about this but never heard from you. Please call our office to see how we can resolve your concerns.
