    repair leakage of drain pipe from main floor kitchen to drain in basement

    Drain Works Plumbing gets a Homestar score of 94% and since 2006 has been awarded sixth-time Best of winner Toronto Plumber not without reason. You guys must be doing something right and outstanding. Thats why I contacted Drain Works Plumbing for my plumbing problem. We have a leakage in the drain pipe leading from the kitchen sink on the main floor to the basement drain. We were in a panic mode. Once Armando and Amir made their steps in my house, they were in full control and alleviated us of worries and fear that had plagued us for a week. They wasted no time in diagnosing the issue. The pipes were replaced on the same day. Armando took the time and with his expertise was able to reconnect the downpipe without hammering the concrete of my basement floor. That saved me a bundle. We were really impressed with their work quick, efficient, thorough and clean. We are 100% satisfied customers and will recommend anyone to Drain Works Plumbing for any plumbing work or issues.     Old toilet disposal + new toilet installation for Condo

    I called DrainWorks because I wanted to replace the 1 toilet in my condo. Now after working with DrainWorks, I am a 100% satisfied customer. From JP on the client-service team to the product offering and the installer, Chris, everything was perfect! The best part was.. I had to do nothing! Chris removed and disposed of my old toilet and made sure the new one was working 100% perfectly.

    Pipe & faucet replacement

    Excellent service from DrainWorks, as always. Never a good feeling to need a plumber but always good to see Chris Leger at the door. He's a total professional, friendly and very reassuring to have around. Top-class work.

    Sump pump outlet pipe replacement

    We had efflorescence around some existing cracks in our basement that lead to our sump pump not actually discharging properly. The water was being evacuated, but then would just come right back in. Turned out they had buried the weeping tile that led to the sidewalk when the home was built. Got a few quotes, but Drain Works had the best combo of reviews and cost. A thank you to Jim who came out and scoped the weeping tile, it showed it had been crushed in multiple spots along the run. The water was pooling between our home and the neighbour, and then just going back through the weeping tile around the foundation and back to the sump pump. Vicious cycle. Jim ran new solid PVC above ground, and we haven't had an issue since! He was courteous, made quick work of it, and JP was great to deal with at the office. We'll see how it all holds up during next year's thaw, but I have little doubt all will be well. Thank you, Drain Works!

    Excellent Professional Service

    They were amazing from start to finish, very patient with my questions Great service, work, and pricing. Excellent service! I would totally recommend this company and will definitely call them again when needed... when you find a good plumbing company hang on to them!!

    Clogged kitchen drain

    I contacted DrainWorks Plumbing on Saturday 9am, spoke with Armando, and he was able to schedule a service technician to come to my home for 10:15am. The service technician, Jim, arrived on time and was thorough with expectations. Jim was quite knowledgeable and after two attempts of snaking the drain, he successfully unblocked/unclogged the problem. Aside from business, Jim is a cordial person.

    Great Service

    Once again I choose this service. When the master was installing the water filter there happened part that did not fit my mixer model, but the master found the necessary adapter and promptly installed it. The work was carried out quickly, with sense and awareness of his business. It seems that master has great experience and love for his work. he gives a guarantee for all the work done. Recommend!

    Installed cleanout for kitchen sink drain

    Great job done and many thanks to Jim and Matt for installing a clean out for our kitchen sink drain. Job was complicated due to trap located in between the garage ceiling and kitchen floor on second floor. Both are very professional and efficient. This is the second time I used Drainworks and I highly recommend them.

    Repaired drain pipe and cleanout, and replaced kitchen faucet and shutoff valves

    We were really impressed with the repairs done by Jim and Luke from DrainWorks. They were quick, efficient, and the work was impeccably done. They were able to fix a leaking drain cleanout pipe in a MUCH more efficient way than 2 previous companies had suggested (other companies wanted to hammer the concrete out of the basement floor, but Jim had the know-how and equipment to figure out a better way to fix it, without needing to break my floor.) I also had a problem with my kitchen faucet which I became aware of only a couple of hours before they were scheduled to arrive for the other repair. To my surprise, Jim was able to completely fix the problem during the same visit, including replacing my hard-to-fit faucet with a beautiful new one. The last time I needed a new faucet I had to shop around at several different places to find one that fit, so the time savings on this was very much appreciated. Additionally, the cost was very reasonable. Efficiency, quality and fair price = a very happy customer. I will be calling them again to upgrade a few other fixtures around the house.

    Pipe Leak and Valve Replacement

    Wow! Amazing customer service - JP is their secret sauce - he sets the tone. I already felt better after speaking with him. We contacted Drainworks for a leaky pipe at 8:00am. They had a two man crew out to complete the repair by 1:00pm and I received a call about 20 minutes before they arrived. Jim and Luke made quick work of the problem - they replaced the leaky pipe and valves. The price was different than what they quoted over the phone but given the rapid response and hassle-free work, I am glad the problem is resolved. The picture attached shows the leaky joint they had to replace - we removed the drywall and vent.
