    Drain Clearing (snaking)

    I've had my home for just over two years.. a few months after moving in we discovered the main sewage line to the street was backing up into the basement apartment..not pleasant.. Every 3 months the line would backup...I had 3 other plumbing companies come over the course of a year.. each would snake the drain, say that the entire drain needs replacement and tell me to expect to have to snake the drain every few months..I even had the video camera done..same reommendation.. it's a $6000 job to replace the line, so I was going to have to live with backups until I had the money together.. The next backup occured this past winter, and I called drainworks. they snaked the line and did the video camera thing and told me to contact the city.. apparently a part of the city's pipe was clogged and this was the real cause of the ongoing backups.. He gave me the info I needed and his card so if the city refused to do anything I could put them in touch with him directly to explain what he saw on the video camera. My drain has been trouble free for over a year.. how could 3 other guys miss the problem that Drainworks found? I won't use anyone else in the future..

    blocked sink and repaied brocken pipe.

    I have had work done by this company before. All of the repair people have been very polite and very perfessional. They always leave the place clean. Will repair more then what they have been called to repair.

    Partial replacement of exterior drain system

    Our home inspector recommended a video scan of the external drain system of the older home we had purchased. I called Drainworks based because they are specialists and were regarded so favourable on Homestars. I've dealt with many service people and contractors, and they were top notch. They were able to come within 2 days of calling, confirming the appointment by phone the day before. Mike and Eric arrived promptly - in fact, they arrived early and had already completed the scan before I got home. They explained the situation in great detail, showing my wife and even my daughter the pictures on the scope. And their recommendations were reasonable: replace the trap and breather, as these did not conform to code and made it impossible to video scan the drain out to the street. Then decide what else, if anything needs to be done. They completed that work the next day, and suggested I might consider replacing the remaining 9' of drain piping on my property. I agreed, and all of the work was completed that day (thank you to the hard-working digging crew of Andreas and Micha). And, unbelievably, they preserved every plant, shrub, and bit of grass, restoring my front yard to near-perfect condition. Not only this, but they also looked at a faucet with low water pressure that had bothered us since moving in - they discovered and removed a 'low pressure' device, restoring the flow to a thing of beauty. At no charge. Finally, Jeremy came by that evening to do another inspection and clean out all interior drains and traps, even giving some advice about property drainage problems. Not only am I confident that I made the right decisions, I feel lucky to have found a 'trusted advisor'. I won't hesitate to call Drainworks for all of my drainage needs.

    Roots in drain

    I contacted drainworks through a recommendation from a neighborhood contractor and I'm glad i did. They arrived promptly, Armando walked me through the issue and provided me with solutions and recommendations without any pressure. The work was done quickly, cleanly, and without any inconvenience to our household. Friendly, clean and professional. thanks guys.

    Drain works!!

    Drain Works service is exactly as described. Jeremy arrived on time, surveyed the situation and promptly solved our drain problem. Service like this is hard to find. We are very pleased and will recommend to friends and family. Thank you so much ;D

    Unclogging shower stall drain

    I got the number for drainworks from the yellow pages. Within an hour of my initial phone call, they arrived at my door to fix a backed up shower stall drain. Matt was fast, friendly and efficient. I was particularly pleased with the advise he gave me on how to prevent the same problem from happening again.

    Collapsed Drainage Problem

    Upon seeing water backing up in the basement I knew there was a major problem. I called Drainworks and was assisted by John Paul who secured an appointment within a couple of hours. He then followed up as they were enroute to the house. Mike and Eric then walked me through assessed the problem and walked me through every step of the way. The problem was fixed. I commend Drainworks for hiring such professional and competent people. Thank you to everyone who helped fix the problem so readily.

    Replacement of faucets

    The plumber arrived on time - we were called the evening before and confirmed the appointment. Work was done right - no mess. His feet were clean (covered) and his attitude positive.He worked hard and got the job done. Reccomend to anyone needing a plumber

    toilet replacement

    We had an issue with our toilet (30+ years old). The serviceman gave us options to choose from and did not pressure us into making the most expensive decision. He was infromative, clear, concise, and courteous. At the end of his job, he left his workspace (our washroom) spotless. I would recommend them to anyone interested in paying for service and professionalism.

    Bathroom drain toilet repair

    Drainworks responded in a timely fashion with an appointment and showed up to do the job on time. They also give customer a 30 minute warning when they are on their way to make sure you are at home. Problem was dealt with to the best of their ability and an honest an answer was provided
