Installation for an outdoor hose
We were so impressed with the level of service we received!! The entire process was customer focused, he engaged professionally with us and was transparent with the work he was doing. He was knowledgeable of his products and took the time to educate us on what to do in the seasonal months ahead. We would highly recommend DrainWorks Plumbing, we truly had the best experience. Sewage Line Replaced
Replaced sewage line. Very professional, explained damage and repair process very well, job was done quick with minimal damage to my entry way and driveway, overall very pleased. Thank you

Burst pipe
Burst pipe in basement laundry room occurred during the May long weekend which required immediate attention. As it was the long weekend I was expecting a long wait for service. But Drain Works came through and was able to provide someone to help within the hour. Jim came over quickly and as I had already sourced and exposed the problem area he was able to quickly make repairs. Jim was great offering advice on other plumbing areas that I will need to have done in the future. Appreciate his honest opinions and keen observations.

Leaky faucet replaced
I have an older home with a wall-mounted facet in the kitchen. Over the years dripping has been an ongoing issue, which was getting worse at the start of the pandemic. I’m very happy that DrainWorks has installed a Waltec faucet, and that my kitchen sink works nicely for the first time in years. DrainWorks responded promptly to my call, and fixed the issue quickly and professionally. Jim, the technician, was friendly, and gave me input on my options. He took extra precautions including face mask, gloves, shoe coverings, distance during discussion, and sterilizing the area. I definitely recommend DrainWorks, and would use them again for any plumbing needs.

Weird problem, they fixed it
We had sewer smell coming from a heating vent that previous plumbers were unable to figure out. Chris and Armando were very methodical in sleuthing out the issue. Camera down the drain, replaced illegal plumbing under kitchen and basement sinks, sorted out venting problem from furnace pump. Highly recommend these guys.

Stack and drain replacement on Deloraine
The guys were awesome! They diagnosed the problem right away, identified a number of alternative solutions and got the job done quickly with high quality. They were professional on all fronts, explaining the process and the decisions that needed to be made along the way. We had used them before and will use them again.

Drainworks to the rescue - again!
When a corroded hole suddenly appeared in the pipes under our kitchen sink, we knew who to call. :) We have consistently come to rely on this company’s professionalism, skill, and expertise for large and small jobs alike. When Chris shows up at your door, you know you’re in good hands. He installed a new fixture (which we had already purchased), removed the corroded old pipes, and installed new ones in a safer configuration – the old configuration had sewer gas feeding back into our house through the dishwasher line. He also installed a reliable dishwasher shut-off valve for us, too, since the one we had was 30+ years old and nearly unusable. Drainworks is reliable, knowledgeable, and courteous. Their professionals show up when they say they will – and if they’re detained, the dispatcher will call and let you know. They respect your time and your intelligence, giving you a detailed, itemized breakdown of all work completed. It’s a pleasure to work with them!

Replace shut-off valves to outside taps.
Submitted online request to Drainworks to contact me regarding possible leakage of shutoff valves to outside taps. Received callback within 1/2 an hour, plumber (Jim) arrived within an hour of that, work was satisfactorily completed within two hours of arriving. Very impressed with responsiveness, friendliness of initial caller and plumber, quality of work, and cleanup of job site.

semi urgent plumbing needs
I have used Drain Works for extensive basement drain replacement work in the past with 100% satisfaction. My latest "semi-urgent" need was to replace several badly leaking faucets and install emergency shut off valves (yes every faucet needs them!). I called and JP quickly arranged for Chris to come within 3 hours. Two faucets and a set of laundry taps were replaced, all with emergency shut off valves. Chris is obviously very experienced; I know good work when I see it. The work was completed efficiently and professionally. I have recommended this company to others in the past and will continue to do so.

More than we expected
We heard a trickle but discovered multiple cracks in 130-year-old clay pipes beneath our basement. This required extensive digging and replacement with PVC pipes and new drains. The work was extensive but completed efficiently in 2 days
