    Plumbing

    Frank from Drainworks was great at scoping the project for us. He took us through the options, costs, and risks associated with the stages of the project. At each point along the way the timeline, progress, and key information was passed on in order to make timely decisions and, where possible, how to save on costs. I highly recommend Frank and his team at Drainworks for all your seriously plumbing projects.

    Sewer Drain replacement & backwater valve

    Our sewer drain collapsed and our basement nearly flooded. DrainWorks came quickly and Frank was great at explaining the issue and our options. The work was done quickly with clear communication all through the process.

    sewage odour

    I had a slight sewage odor coming up from my drains in my furnace room - i called Drainworks and they were there that day, without an "emergency" fee - did a scope of my drains with me watching, and found the prob and was not the nightmare i had imagined ! Fast, honest, real polite - all around just GREAT!

    Kitchen Sink Unclogged

    Matt from Drainworks arrived as scheduled and quickly assessed the issue with our backed up kitchen sink. He was polite, friendly and professional. He worked quickly and fixed the problem. We would definitely recommend Drainworks!

    Replacement of Waste Pipes

    When we discovered our waste pipe was backing up in the basement, we called Drainworks. They arrived promptly and assessed the problem with the assistance of the camera. This was a major repair that also included digging up the basement floor. The work was done quickly, neatly and to a very high standard. We highly recommend them.

    New Toilet

    Have a lovely new toilet courtesy of Chris. He showed up on the day and time as booked, introduced himself, showed me my options along with prices and then went to work. He even noticed the drip at my other toilet when he went to shut off the water to the house. He gave me a quote to fix that valve and was also able to change that out on that same visit. Bonus it happened to be garbage day and he made sure the old toilet was out on curb and let me know the garbage men took it away. He cleaned up after all work was done to replaced the toilet you'd never know he was there. Thanks Chris and Drainworks for making this toilet replacement quick and no fuss.

    Drainwork

    I called Drainworks on Wednesday Dec 17th due to a clogged drain, and an appointment was set for the next day. Armando from Drainworks came by and cleared the clog, but while clearing the clog, determined that we had serious problems that needed to be dealt with. Since we were having a Christmas party at the house on Saturday the 20th, we needed the work done right away. We needed 5ft of stack and 10ft of floor drain replaced, and Armando arranged to get it done the next day in time for the planned party. Armando and his crew did a great job. Armando explained everything extremely well, and the cost was quite fair as well. I would definitely recommend Drainworks to my friends.

    Kitchen Drain

    We had a major kitchen drain problem after a houseful of guests over the holidays. Called 9am Saturday, dispatcher was very helpful, plumber at my door by 11, problem solved by noon. Very professional, tidy, good attention to detail. Would definitely use them again.

    Drain pipe replacements

    What, we thought, started out as a simple blockage turned into a massive project that required digging up a portion of our basement and front lawn. While the extent and cost of the project was daunting, to a man, the people from Drainworks Plumbing were knowledgeable, respectful, patient and understanding. At every step, I was shown the challenge that lay ahead and explained the reasoning. The workmen kept the site as clean as possible and went out of their way to save the flooring and outside vegetation. I couldn't be happier and would heartily recommend their services.

    Backwater valve/replacement of sanitary pipe

    The previous contractor we hired to install the backwater valve botched the job and left us for the whole weekend with no sewer services. I called Drainworks on Sunday afternoon. Armando from Drainworks called me back within the hour and showed up on Monday morning. Within half an hour, he got the sewer pipes flowing again. Along with the backwater valve installation, we decide to also replace pipes outside where some tree roots start getting inside as well,as some clay pipes inside. The job was done professionally with minimum disruption. Armando and his crew are top notch and I would fully recommend Drainworks to anyone. Do not forget to use the coupon readily available on their web page.
